Great place to shop, very knowledgeable staff. Replacing the battery in my iPhone was quick. They had some technical difficulties checking me out which took longer than the battery replacement! Best Buy wanted 2 hours to work on my phone.

I made an appointment online(GOT A FREE 10$ OFF!!) and when I got there I went up to the guy and he took my phone and 10 minutes later(if that) it was fine. My battery replacement for my iPhone 6 works great after it kept restarting and couldnt charge. Kudos to WE FIX IT PHONE REPAIR

Have gotten two iphone screens repaired there for my sons and the staff have always been professional and very pleasant to work with. They let us know of discounts as well as other repairs we may want to consider after examining the phones without being pushy or over-zealous. I would go back to this site just for the staff and the timeliness of getting our repairs done.

I took my iPhone 4s to get repair and get a new battery and it was like Magic! Took about an hour and a half for phone to be repaired. Most likely would have taken around an hour but I believe they were understaffed that day, with only one person doing the repairs. It’s a good location as you can spend the time waiting in downtain San Rafael close by. Due to the wait he gave me $20 off a phone repair, making it go from $119 before tax, to $110 total after tax. I had figured that I needed a new battery for my iphone, so I took it into this store to have them do it. The gentleman who greeted me looked over my phone asked about a couple other parts that weren’t working (lower microphone and sensor at the top) and said, “Let’s start with the battery. Come back in 2 hours. I have two ahead of yours.” So, two hours later, I came back and the phone was 100% fixed. By tightening up the loose screws and cleaning it out, it was working again. No new parts needed! And it only cost $76! I have recommended these guys to three people since!

Got a same day appointment, got the $10 off for booking online and the phone was fixed within an hour of bringing it in. Very convenient location in San Rafael as well; at least for me.

This was absolutely the worst service I have ever had for phone repairs. I have never written a review before but after going to this place, I felt the need to. Whoever was helping me just had such a careless attitude and gave me such negative feedback regarding my phone. I decided to take my phone to another place, who is extremely great! This place also offers you 90 day warranty unlike batteries and bulbs. B&b said that after replacing the screen they had no more to do with the phone, even if there were minor complications. The other place I went to, the better place, is called, YucaTech Technology. It is about $20-30 pricier but worth it! They give you a 90 day warranty if there is anything wrong with the phone after fixing, 90 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My phone did have some complications and accidentally burnt out a new screen, they gave me a full refund and allowed me to have one of their cracked screens from someone elses replacement. I agreed to pay $25 for their service and for the cracked screen. Now my phone still works the only thing is that the screen is cracked. My screen before was totally gone.

I got my battery replaced in my iPhone 7 & upon receiving the phone back, the home button no longer works AND I am unable to hear people while speaking to them on the phone. Now I have to place everybody on SPEAKER phone in order to even hear them. Its safe to say that these guys straight up BROKE my phone.

I had an appointment, and I was as helped when I entered the store, and the service was quick, and I got my phone back without much of a wait.

The repair took a lot longer than expected. Via the web, they advertise an hour to fix a cracked screen. When I arrived they told me two hours due to high volume. It actually took three hours. One employee, Emanuel, was very friendly and kind. The other employee was a super stress case and a bit rude. I dont think he should be working with the public or in a customer service position.

I brought in a cracked iphone and the really nice people there promptly fixed it and got me all back together. Today, one day later my entire phone is cracked after being set down on my counter at work. It is cracked worse then ever before and glass chipped into my thumb. When I called tonight to see what could be done, the RUDE person on the phone said they arent responsible for the screen once theyre repaired it. I explained that I had bought a GIANT case last night and was being extra careful and he said they cant control if I bought a piece of S@#$ case and that it was basically my fault. I could pay them again to repair. It was unbelievably rude especially because Im really not a difficult person and a simple explanation or at least consideration would have been nice. Honestly, if you break your phone dont go here as they arent standing behind their work whatsoever.
