They do exceptional work, they are honest to a fault, and I couldn’t ask for a better partner in my various technology requirements, I’m a Biologist/Behavioral Psychologist which means that “My Science” isn’t Computer Science. Daniel was super kind and helpful, very knowledgeable and comprehensive as he transparently laid out what my options were with the old Apple machine I am working to revive. They can fix stuff, not just sell parts. Apple will no longer service my laptop, too old. But these folks keep me going!

Im an Apple guy, but I dont always want to go through the process of using the stores for repair. I had an issue with my MacBook Pro and noticed Kangaroo was closer and they were an authorized repair facility. I spoke with Alex who explained how my repair might work as it was potentially an Apple covered repair. Alex was pleasant, professional and patient as I had an issue getting fully backed up before coming in.Well, I just had my MacBook completely fixed and Alex did an incredible job. I plan to bring all my devices to him now. They have the tools to actually calibrate the phones which most local shops do not carry. This means my iPhones will be repaired and the new screens properly installed. The shop is easy to get to and parking much closer than the Mall.I cannot recommend this place higher and specifically Alex.
Took my girlfriends Macbook here and they repaired it quickly and let me know of all the costs up front. Super transparent, great people. 10/10 would recommend.
Very disappointed in the service. I dropped off my last top on Monday was promised latest by Tuesday and early info on Monday afternoon. Also, rather than charging me for $60 to troubleshoot I got charged for $100 with the premise of data recovery.Then I had to send over 4 message on Wednesday to get response. They dont answer phones. The message said that they could not recover my drive and I can pick up my laptop. So 3 days late making me loose work time plus no results and a charge of $100 instead of $60.Also when I stopped by to pick up my laptop the guy said he would send me reports of the work and notes on what was done. Never got that.... Basically they dont have technicians document the work that they can share with the customer. Not sure even if they looked at my lap top. . Looks like a scam to me.Terrible customer service.
Poor customer service, I called two weeks ago to ensure Steps A-G and everything was verified, Called Apple as well to have everything documented and verified as well. I made my appt which was 2 weeks out. Today I go to my appt and they stated that they can not honor what was told 2 weeks prior. Not willing to work with a customer on a service they had already agreed they could do. Such poor customer service.
