Dont go to the Apple store to fix your phone. After they tried to solve a simple problem i left the Apple store with an unusable phone, the Genius told me i now had a brick, and should buy a new phone! Just by luck i found YUCATECH, after 1 hour they restore all the functions, unfroze it, upgraded the op system and now works better then ever. I didnt know that these guys really can actually fix anything. Theyre a little pricey, but the thing is that they WILL fix it. Too bad car mechanics arent like these guys. I also love their new office, which is professional and normal. They seem to be swamped with business now (good for them!). This is the only place Ill be going for any and all tech repairs from now on. Period.

Excellent! iPhone X stopped responding. 1 hour on phone with Apple trying to update/restore, and didn’t work. I’m sent to the Apple store guaranteed they can fix. Genius Bar guy plugs phone in and can’t restore. Tells me they DON’T send phones in for hardware issues. I can trade mine in for $550 for new one!Then thank goodness I called YUca Tech!$99 And a few hours later I’m sitting here with my fixed iPhone X!! These guys are the bomb! Apple store stinks!Thank you!!!

Months ago my pastor of the church I go to bought a defective battery for his, now wife, and had me install the battery. The phone didnt turn on and we all thought I did something wrong until I went to this place. Took only 15 minutes to install the battery and the phone turned on. Great place if you have a problem with your phone or computer.

Great service and very knowledgeable staff. Walked in to get my iPhone 7 screen repaired and it got done while I waited right in store. I needed the repair done that day and they stayed open a few minutes past their posted closing time of 7pm to get my phone fixed. Highly recommend.

This is a Small place in downtown, but the service good. Prices are reliable. Fixing almost all electronic devices. I suggest to keep this as first reference for any electronic repairs.

I have an iPhone 6 Plus and brought my phone to yucatech for a switch repair which only cost 45 and took about half an hour to do. The owner is a doll. Support this business! Yesterday at the Apple Store they told me my phone was unrepairable and had no salvage value. As I result I spent 2.5 hours at the Apple Store and gobs of money to get a new phone and now I have to return it. By the way yucatech said they would offer me salvage value as well if I wanted to keep the new phone. Go Yucatech
