WARNING ..This is not the place you want to take your equipment to. The $75.00 cleaning and replaced the kneedles turn into over $300.00 dollars and I didnt get the needles replaced. I had to take my stereo back twice and it doesnt play without popping thru the speakers. It was playing fine when I took it there. WARNING ... DONT DO IT

I had already been to Costco to price new TVs. Mine was out of warranty and I figured for the price of fixing mine I could just get a new one.... this was not the case.I gave this place a shot because I had driven by the store front for years and my option was to to cough up over a grand for a new TV.I received an honest quote with complete explanation of repairs needed.Turns out it was a relatively simple fix that ended up costing me a fraction of the price of a new one.I wish there was still more places like this but alas we live in a disposable society.

My advice is do not go here. After failing at a simple repair and damaging the faceplate he responded by threatening to come to my home and get me.After making mistakes and further damaging my 1978 marantz 300dc amplifier, when I went to pick up the device he tried to charge me more than I had already paid for the work that he was supposed to complete but failed at breaking the machine causing more work. Furthermore there was massive damage done to the external faceplate which he denied doing. Then he flew into a rage and try to not return my item to me and wouldnt give me back my credit card. When I told him that I was going to sue him or call the police to make sure that I am returned my objects he threatened to come to my house and hurt me. He said to me, I know where you live, I have all of your information I will get you. Dont go here.
