I needed a computer technician that could help me and my son to finish putting a computer together. We did know if all the parts and cables where in the right place. So we decided to take the computer to Marin computer. James and Bonoms did an excellent job. They got the whole project done and went above and beyond to make sure the computer was running properly. I highly recommend them.

Honestly the only place youll ever need to go for anything computer related. Ill never go to the Apple store as long as I live within a reasonable distance of Marin Computers. Bonom is super knowledgeable and helpful - he genuinely cares about working with his customers. Also, very reasonable/fair and transparent pricing. I came in with a very sad, very water damaged computer and walked out with a different & better computer (same hard drive) that evening.

Few words to describe how rude and unprofessional Bonom is. And a complete mess.... my computer was caked in filth upon receiving and also had to be brought back to re-install the new battery he replaced because it was moving around inside my MacBook and hitting the fans. He snidely told me to take to Apple—lol— after he was paid hundreds of dollars to do the job correctly. Never again. He knows what’s he talking about when it comes to computers but it’s not worth dealing with his demeanor, his condescending attitude, and his filthy rats nest of a shop.

Very smooth experience with these guys. The owner is really knowledgeable and a honest man. Repairs were done to my satisfaction in a prompt manner. Glad to know there are still some trustworthy places out here like Marin Computers for people who dont want to send their devices to OEM for repairs and pay an arm and a leg for the same service.

I have used Marin Computers for computer repair and help to retrieve data when my computers have frozen or shut down for about 15 years. They have built several computers for our family at a portion of the cost of purchasing new ones at retail stores. Bonom and the rest are awesome, and always persistent in trying to fix any issue. They are friendly and charge fairly for their labor and hardware. I will continue to use and recommend them to everyone.

I bought my first computer from Marin Computers in 1998. Since then I have purchase several computers from Marin Computers, both PCs and Macs. I also have my computers serviced here. They are efficient, affordable, and highly skilled but my favorite thing about this place is that they have never tried to sell me something I dont need and that is why I dont go anywhere else.

You CAN recover data from a Mac without having to spend a small fortune! The Apple Store suggested I go to Data Recover in Novato, but they quoted me an astronomical number. Marin Computers was less than half and figured out several other issues related to my older version computer. Very happy with results.

All that may be true....but the get the job done quick and best in town at doing it! Personality not so important, really?

My husband is a big fan and we have used them several times with great success. Fair, timely & efficent. They are geeks not relationship managers. We rate people on thier ability to get tthe job done.
