I built the rig of a lifetime, and was horrified to find when I pressed the on button that there was no activity. I disassembled twice, before giving up, and talking to Carlos like a newb. He offered to take a look at it. Carlos was able to trace the issue to a dead motherboard, and took apart every other part of the rig and tested its functionality before handing it back to me. He even offered to have the new motherboard shipped to him so he could complete it. Ultimately, I decided to take back my rig and replace the motherboard myself. Carlos required a small fee for diagnosis--which was well deserved for the level of professionalism and due diligence his team offered. Carlos is awesome, and I recommend him to anyone else who needs an honest, effective computer tech team.
