Its a no frills car wash. They do a great job and they hand wash my car.

I always take my truck here when Im in the area, they do a great job and its only $12 for my full size truck!

The cheapest car wash in Marin. If you just get the exterior washed its $11. I love this place and I think they do a better job than anyplace else in Marin.

I just went in and had my car washed and they didnt even clean the entire dashboard! I wont be going back!

Pressure wash followed by an actual hand wash and interior detail. They Vacuum and wipe down all interior surfaces, and tire shine for $29. These guys are all working hard. It wasn’t perfect but pretty close. Pretty solid value. Will return.

Awesome job and they masterfully handled a large number of Saturday customers in their small space, getting everyone in and out efficiently!

Things got stolen from my trunk bc I was sitting further away due to social distancing during Covid19. I hope whoever took it may it be a good use for u & whom u share it with bc u must really need it to steal it! To compensate & teach a lesson, I will not tip until my worth is even out. This will affect your team workers bc u all share tips. If u care about your team don’t steal.

Twice through to get tires clean, attendant tells me that I have to pay for the tire shine to get clean tires. Its a car wash, tires are part of ( a large part of) my vehicle. Vacuums are very weak, the blue goop sprayed on the car before entering the wash drips out of the mirrors after and leaves discoloration on the paint. Sorry guys but really you missed on three of the 5 things that make a car wash a 5 star facility. Boo

Spotless? Not so much. I would call this place Spotty Car Wash.

I do not recommend giving a very bad treatment to the client, disrespectful, of very bad character and aptitude, totally disappointed by the service they provide. The man who was a cashier at the entrance was disrespectful and rude, very poor aptitude.

I always ask for the hand wash without touching up the tires. By far the best deal for a wash in Marin, but I have never tried any other options other than the hand wash.

My car was a mess. I had them do inside and out for $26. I didnt expect perfection due to the condition. I have a kid so inside was sticky, and outside was full of pollen and bird presents. Well. I got my car back perfect in 30 minutes. Highly recommended I found my local carwash. Great service and work.

My car was filthy and worse than that the rims were caked in brakedust! Last minute thought, I googled for a car wash near me and up came Spotless.Beyond the funky entrance and payment booth the call an office, this is an awesome place to get a well priced Hand Washed Car Wash. They not only cleaned the body spotless, including all the spring bugs splattered on the headlights and grill, but the rims looked new again too. All this for $13!Cant imagine how good the Wash and Wax with interior detail is. Prices are amazing and tip boxes are scattered all about. At first I wondered why so many Tip Boxs but once they were done I realized why the needed Tip Boxs instead of jars. I gladly tipped them difference I normally pay for a wash near my house, thats half as good - and costs $20.If you got enough time to go through a drive thru touchless car wash or similar automatic wash, then you have enough time for spotless. I got in line with 3 cars ahead of me and I was outta there minutes later.I definitely would recommend giving them a try!

Ive been bringing my cars here for the last 15 years and never an issue. Every time I go here they do an excellent job! The price is right!

Worst ever. Their car wash machine runs you through a rinse, that is it. The brushes are long gone. Then, absolutely no care or time taken to actually clean your car. Car still dirty! When i complained, they basically said they are too busy to clean thoroughly

So many reviews say that the cashier sucks....well theyre all right, he doesnt care at all. Hes just there to get the money and thats it. They did an ok job cleaning, but again, how difficult is it to clean a car?

1st time it was ok. Today it was horrible. Very unorganized. The guy at the booth was rude when I asked him if he recommended machine wash or hand wash. He acted like he was doing me a favor. He said pick one. There was no area to leave a tip. After picking hand wash I was told to move the car and there was a big line of cars behind me. I asked the other guy washing the cars where to move. He kept telling me to wait. I was told to move to the wrong area and they looked at me like I was stupid. I wont be back.

I brought my car for a wash and specifically told them to hand wash the car because it is a low profile car and can not go on the assembly line. They still put it on the assembly line and the line broke the front fender to the car (lowest damage estimate was $1,600). The company refused to pay for the repair stating that there were previous scratches on the bumper.

Rude cashier, cars are com8ng out with soap all over it. They let the car dry with water spots until theirs an opening for vacuuming the vehicle after the wash. Want you to drive the car to and thru the wash tunnel and then want you to wait in the car until spot opens up to vacuum it. Poor service not worth $27 for full service wash. Dont recommend it every one was disappointed their car came out with soap and sat in the sun.

Usually I take my Jag xk8 here and have them do the works on it....for $50 they wash and hand wax it and do an awesome job......highly recommend

I REALLY HOPE THE OWNER WOULD READ THIS!I would give this place a 1 star review if it wasnt because the guys actually did a good job. However, my experience over all deserves a 1 star.As I arrived, I asked the cashier about the difference between the $21 and $24 wash which was mainly tire dressing and a 3coat soap that does not help at all, trust me. Being that my cars tires stick out a little I opted for no tire dressing since I did not want their dressing to go all over the car when leaving. I use a foam product that dissolves within 2 min and doesnt go all over the place.The cashier gave me a bad look for choosing the cheap wash over the $24, when the car came out of the tunnel ( by the way, the technology system, brushes, and spray quality inside is horrible. you are better off going to a brushless gas station wash, thank god the guys actually hand dry it.) I waited for about 5min outside my car trying to figure out what to do because no one guides you. I took off my tire product and I sprayed it on them(it looks like shaving cream at the beginning until it dissolves. ). Seconds later the cashier came laughin at me and I quote you wanted to save a couple dollars by not putting tire dressing and look at your tires now, the guys are not going to clean your tires and walked away as I was trying to explain that they did not need to clean it since it dissolves on its own. He would not talk to me after that, and kept ignoring me as I was trying to talk to him. Minutes later they started to work on my car, the guys do a good job but I rather pay $10 -$15 more and go to a place where I will be treated with respect. I was in the car wash industry for almost 10 years and I never had anything like this happened to me where the person in charge wont even face you even though you are still paying for a service.I later find out by several of the employees that the asian cashier that disrespects customers is married to the owner of the place and always has that attitude.So dear owner, I dont want to tell you how to run your business but if it was my car wash ( I am sure everyone would agree) and the only person who interacts with my clients is failing at the only thing he is there to do which is provide at least a decent quality service, I would remove that person immediately. Just look at other reviews, I dont seem to be the only one complaining.Overall, if you are in a rush like I was and are never planning to come back to this place, get a wash. Prices are low, and they do a good job cleaning. Just be careful with the chinese cashier. He might get angry at you for not choosing a car wash of his preference.

If you are willing to pay top dollar to wash n clean ur car go for it...my opinion on this is these places are way too expensive n overcharge...my opinion....

Didnt bat an eyelid when I brought my rental Dodge back from the playa at Burning Man after some of the worst dust storms in memory. Great service, 60% of the price of Royal Coach up the road.
