I just had my Ram 1500 Laramie detailed yesterday. I greatly appreciated their large staff which allowed 3 or so people to detail my truck at once. The entire interior and exterior detail only took 2 hours. They did a very nice job! The truck looks as if I just drove it off the lot! Thank you Shineology! Great job and will be coming back!

The place does a good job at washing. Now, they are not cheap (so thankfully the job is down well). But in terms of customer service they are just not good. Got there first for a car wash, got asked to wait on the side for no reason for 10 minutes, then another car got there and went before me. No reason was given for this, no apologies, nothing...

I don’t think I’ll return. It took almost an hour just waiting for the vacuuming and hand cleaning portion and they forgot to vacuum my trunk. They did vacuum it after I pointed out it was overlooked. My car was pretty clean but for $60, the most I’ve ever paid and the longest I’ve ever waited, I expected it to be faster and more meticulous. They also like to upsell and were a little pushy. Avoid if possible.

Have consistantly tried to give multiple opportunities to have a pleasant experience here, unfortunately have always been approached with an attitude of being talked down to, and trying to constantly trying to upsell by using phrases as you need this I have had to ask to recieve the free car wash I have earned for multiple paid washes...the prices are high, and the attitude and attention to the client is low...have definitely decided to take my business elsewhere. Wow. The experience was totally amazing from the beginning. The staff is super friendly and it was the best $60 I ever spent in my life. It was totally worth it. They cleaned my entire car inside out and it looked amazing after. There were many people working on the car and they really took the time to make sure it was done well. The car was shining by the end of it ! Im honestly so grateful to the people who work here. They are super kind and they took my dirty car and made it look really nice.

They damaged my car, argued when showing them the damage and then promised a phone call after looking at “the video.” No phone call or anything. I work in the automotive industry and refer so many people to them; I no longer will.

Super friendly staff, but I just paid $30 to get only my interior cleaned (since I live on a dairy and there is no point of washing the exterior) and it seems like maybe only a few places were vacuumed and no wipe down? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m not going back and will continue to use a shop vac at home for 10min ending in a better result.

I read a few of the previous interviews and was a bit wary of using the place but I was pleasantly surprised by the deep clean that the workers did on my car. If you would have seen the condition of my vehicle before they cleaned it, you would have thought a homeless person was living in it, it was that trashed. It was pretty warm outside so I asked if they would like some water and they all did so I got them some. This surprised me- thats my only gripe about the place. Why wouldnt cold water be available at all times for these hard working people?

This place does great detail work! Prices are not cheap, but, the result is great.

My first time there since the pandemic shutdown and they helped me negotiate the changes. You now drive your car yourself through the car wash which was new for me. Then you pay inside and there is outside seating while you wait. The car was very clean inside and out when they were finished.

Been getting my car cleaned here for a decade. Always friendly, comfy waiting area. Prices are not cheap, and its not fast, but they do an excellent job thats worth paying and waiting for.

So thorough, and during the pandemic they were very careful to take care of not only their customers but their employees as well. Gotta respect that. They do an excellent job. Leave a tip!!!

Paid for one of their expensive detailing services, since it had been a while since my car had gotten a thorough clean. Usually I clean my own car, but since moving I dont really have the space to do it. I gotta say, my car had a great shine to it... Well for the most part. After leaving the lot I look a bit over it and noticed some streaks and some spots that just werent cleaned both inside and outside of the car. The parts that were cleaned were well done, however. If I had paid $30 dollars for the clean, maybe I wouldnt have cared, but I paid for the expensive detailing. I expect a bit better than what I got in that case. Maybe Ill go back and stick to getting just a basic wash, but Ill be skipping the detailing packages for now on. Not worth paying that much if it doesnt get completely clean.

I don’t usually regret of things I do and I have never written a review for anything before. I just feel like this place was so bad and such a ripoff that I just fell like I have too.I had just purchased a “new” used car and wanted to have it washed nice before I started using it. I brought the car to shineoligy and They were really pushy, they insisted that I needed a detailed... never in my hole life I spent $550 dollars on a detail. Guess what?! It was NOT WORTH IT. All the spots in the seat are still there. The car did not even smell good when I picked up. The worst!!!

Very thorough car wash. Their attention to detail is excellent. I never leave thinking I have to do a touch up when I get home. Wish they werent so expensive; though in this case, I always get what I pay for.

Been a customer for 6yrs but the last few times Ive gone, they havent been doing things the right way considering their stupendous prices. Like leaving the side view mirrors wet, the windows, side skirts & the wheels were still dirty. Even streaks on my windows. I paid more to get more clean but they are obviously not doing very well at it.

Overpriced ($60 with tax) for a complete car wash and unfriendly service. The army of greeters use very aggressive sales tactics trying to up-sell -- everything from tire pressure checks to shampooing floor mats and lots more. The store you must pass through is packed with very pricy snacks and merchandise, which have no prices on them. Worse, while cleaning my car, the staff emptied and threw out everything in the driver and passenger door side pockets without asking me first. Fortunately, I noticed items were missing and was able to retrieve my stuff from the trash before leaving.

While the staff are always nice, the continually rising price for a wash makes the service teeter on the edge of gouging. When I started visiting there about 10 years ago, the price was $15.99 for a basic wash, which was fair. Even when they upped it to $19.99, then $22.99, I still thought it was fair, given inflation. But today, when I went, and they wanted $29.99 for just a basic wash (a $7 jump from last year), I had to draw the line. While I like their service, their competitors charge significantly less for the same service. For that price, Ill start washing my own vehicles. Too bad, as I was a loyal customer until they got too greedy for my pocket.

This place is a rip off. A basic car wash is over $30 and deluxe close to $50. I want to get my tires cleaned as well so I opt for the deluxe. They miss many spots on the exterior of the car and leave water marks. They didnt even clean the inside of my cup holders enough to remove coffee residue! No attention to tough spots whatsoever. I had to ask the staff to come back 2x after my car was finished this last time.Only thing redeeming at this place is the customer service. I let the manager know of my dissatisfaction and they gave me a free wash, but it will probably be my last.

Family of 5 makes for a messy minivan and shineology left it like new! Scratches somehow almost invisible after they did their magic with wax! Really fantastic work. And quick!

Shouldnt give this Marin County car wash 1 star...more like minus 1. My husband and I were there on 4/17/19 at 6p(ish) after a long day of doctor appts, visiting friends. We picked the works plus package for a grand total of $61.99...we got a senior discount or it would have been $69.99. Nothing was cleaned on the inside just a quick wipe on the dashboard. The outside was minus any wax, windows were dirty still, 4 people were drying the outside over and over, wheels were not clean. The car wash lot was crowded and chaotic. We waited so long I finally asked for our car back since we faced a 4 hr drive home and it was getting dark. I didnt realize what a truly bad job they did til the next day or I would have driven back for a refund. We will never go back and I would be hard pressed to recommend this car wash to anyone else.

The workers at this car wash spend more time (making the wait longer) selling a better and bigger package to get a car cleaned. Come on, we need the bells and whistles to get our cars clean and shiny, but WHAT IS UP WITH THE CONSTANT SELL, SELL, SELL...Never going back!

I have been going to this car wash for over 25 years and it has always been very good until yesterday. Granted they were busy, but several cars were service before me and while drying my car the rear mirror was push off. In my previous experience with other car wash operations, when something like a mirror was damaged the operator offer to fix it and gave me a free wash. Nothing was offered here. I must say I am disappointed.

They do a great job and are fast. Kinda pricey though, and they can give a hard upsell.

They divide and conquer you as you enter at the gas pumps and when you are returned your car. What this means is they have mastered how to hustle an over priced on top of the $30 ordinary wash for essentially little value. The wax they use for a black car drys white (a pedestrian error), they add swirl marks to the paint suggesting they do not rotate their towels one car to the next. They are careless in cleaning glass as it invariably dries with streeks. The only real benefit I find is their team drying approach is fast so you are on your way quickly. Very average car wash and over priced.

They did a great job on washing my vehicle, I also had my seats and carpet shampooed. I wish the attendant told me that I had to leave a crack in my window because of the moisture on my seats. When I went out to my vehicle the inside of my windows were wet, dripping with water. I was upset, called them and then went all the way back just so they could clean the inside again.

I only go here because they offer cheap gas with a wash. The wash is always really good, but the service inside when you pay is a little hostile at times. That, along with their history of incidents, just leaves me with an ok review. There is no other place in the area, so I will continue to go to this place.

This is the place where people bring their expensive cars to be detailed and washed.There is a gas station connected to the was, so if you buy their gas, you get a discount on the car wash.The prices are reasonable if you dont like to wash your car but care more about your car than the average person. Meaning, if you typically go throw automatic washed as the gas station, this will be a bit more expensive.

Its beyond me how these jerks get a good review. To start their cheapest wash is $29. Used to paying $14-20 in LA for a spectacular job! So I pulled in my 2014 Mercedes C63, 5 minutes later the guy comes in looking for me saying my car was finished, really? they must have some new supersonic lazer wash deal, but no, my wheels were filthy and the car was basically run through the wash quickly, AFTER I TIPPED HIM, I asked if he could wipe down the wheels, he said YOU ONLY PAID $29, IF YOU WANT IT CLEANER YOU NEED TO PAY MORE...ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? there wont be a next time, I grabbed the rag from him and finished the car myself. These guys are way over priced and stink, dont bother...I wouldnt mind paying $40 if they had any class and the job was good!

Well, looks can be deceiving.At first glance, I was impressed with how far the $39.99 Delux wash ended up. Then I noticed they didnt touch the rear window. (which is no biggy, nothing a little windex and a paper towel cant take care of.)But the biggest surprise was how many scratches were left on my truck. I counted more than 15.I would go back because Im not a perfectionist, but not at the expense of getting a ton of scratches. My $39.99 car wash will end up costing me a little more now that I have to repair my truck.

I intentionally looked for a brushless carwash for my pristine Porsche. I found this place and it turned out well a few times . But after a wash I noticed that one of the workers scratched my dashboard. I brought it to the owners/mgr attention and he blew me off, saying it must have been there before . He called me a liar to my face. That is not good business practice. I dont recommend, unfortunately . You must do better than that. Cost me $2000 in repairs, and the owner didnt even bother to resolve the issue.
