Get hair cut! Owner very busy at all times, trying to to do hair and do the front desk duties. He has a Vietnamese staff and I dont think that the three other staff people speak any English. Most of his color work is good. Ive seen it, however his color on me from dirty blonde/light brown was not even good-I will go back for a toner or something, I asked for thin blonde highlights, not platinum!Good and reasonable haircut!

Lady with glasses is the worst gives a bad service she treats you like if you dont like her job she never smiles and always has to do something wrong the job she does it quickly giving a bad result if she doesnt like her job what she does there . I do not recommend it

I had an appointment for a perm and showed up on time. The gentleman looked surprised when I got there. He put some boxes away, and straightened up a bit and about 10 minutes later a man came in for a haircut, at which the employee said it would be about 20 minutes when another employee would be in to cut his hair- so he waited. I was taken back by the male employee to get my hair washed. Once done I was taken back to my seat. While in my seat a woman came in who had an appointment for coloring with the employee who was expected to come in at any minute. While I sat in the chair with wet hair, the male employee proceeds to do the hair coloring on the other patron. In the meantime the man is still waiting.The other employee finally comes in- the male employee is clearly upset with her- and she is going to do my perm. The two employees have an exchange of words then she asks me what size curls I want, so I tell her and she goes to the back. I sit there for another 10 minutes- the girl never comes back, so the male employee says he’ll do my perm. He proceeds to section my hair, steps outside for a moment, comes back in and tells me he’s too upset (at his colleague) and says he can’t do my hair and he leaves.I just sit there dumbfounded! The guy waiting for a haircut is told by the girl he can cut his hair, but she now proceeds to set up a lady for a pedicure- he leaves.I leave as well with wet (clean) hair.People be crazy!

Great communication and beautiful nails. It does get pretty busy but the earlier you get there the faster you get helped. Highly recommended!

Nails stayed on for a very long time and they were very nice people

I went in about 2 weeks ago and Just writing a review now. I’m really upset with the service they provided this time around. I got my acrylics done and the women that did the job just did terrible, really upset. She asked me how long I wanted my nails and I said long but not that long, she went on and cut the fist nail I told her to redo it because it was cricked and she got mad and said something in her language. While doing my nails she held my nails really tight, she like “ relax your hand”, oh it was relax and it really hurt my fingers the way she way grabbing them. She did a horrible job, the acrylics were to think and uneven. Really upset with the service. This women was new because I’ve never seen her before.

Terrible customer service! I’ve been to this salon at least 5 times and every time I go I have some typeOf issue. i Asked the lady doing my nails to fix my nails multiple times and they still came out ugly! When I told the owner that I won’t be paying full price for these nails that I waited almost 4 hours for, he clipped my nails . I never said I wasn’t going to pay. I said I will not pay FULL PRICE for these hideous nails. Do not go to this salon.

Stupid place. Doesn’t know how to greet people. No proper communication, long wait. Very dirty place. Not recommended at all.

The owner is very rude and disrespectful at allcoustmer service is terrible not professional at all very bad communication and long wait I was talking to owner over the phone and he asked me to come and once I arrived he said he can’t do my nails and I can go somewhere elseAnd second time I went I was first one to go he had me to wait like an hour and half was so rude I was talking to him he left me it’s terrible place I don’t recommend it at all I went couple of times and every time I go there is something happenedBad bad bad coustmer service especially dealing with the owner Kevin

Great customer service and prices. They accommodated me when I had to bring my baby with me to the salon.

Bad service

For almost a week I visited the place and I did not like it even though they almost always wait a long time but it is just because they do not want to lose the customers, I called first at 5:10 pm after my work and they told me that it would arrive in 45 minutes so I went to get my girl and to the When we arrived they sat us down to bring one of our feet closer to 2 oclock and they left us without exacerbating from 6:10 to 7:40 we left they closed at 7:00 pm but until now they finished with 2 people they started with us I was very angry because my girl was going to another School day and to dig it the little girl made my feet for me, I cut too much my little skin and I cacoblood and I told him that ugly you cut me and I screamed I just twisted and lasted all these days my toenail was very bad but This is not the first time, the little girl herself did not tell the owner for not putting her in the wrong.
