My husband and I just moved to California Oceanside to be specific and we are stationed in Camp Pendleton. Cal Auto is in process of taking over the registration service on base so their nearest location was this one here in San Marcos. I called ahead of time last week to make sure I walked in with all the correct documents I spoke to Evy and she let me know exactly what was needed and emailed me the forms needed ahead of time also directed me to a place to get a smog done (since I dont know where anything is here) when I walked in a requested for her to help me since she knew exactly what I needed. I expected to be there for at least an hour and was SHOCKED to be out within max 15 minutes! Thank you Evy for making this so easy I stressed about it for weeks and dreaded doing it . She was super friendly very understanding and very very helpful. Since I will be here for the next 4 years I will be coming to Evy for future DMV needs! Trust I do not mind the drive for great service! Thank you Cal Auto!

Fast and quick service. I spoke to Evy over the the phone and she let me know what I needed to bring in to renew my husbands registration since he is deployed. I walked in was greeted by Evy with a smile she was very kind and renewed my registration within 10 minutes she was also able to help me out with a replacement title for my own vehicle.I was glad I did not have to go to the DMV will be coming here from now on.

Went for a title transfer for my utility trailer and there was no wait at all.I was in and out in 15 minutes.I forgot the woman’s name that helped me, but very polite and professional.10x Stars!

All I am going to say is I am never going to the actual dmv ever again. Evi assisted me and was so much help and super friendly she recommended me to a smog shop and thanks to her I got a discount. Cal Auto license has always been great to me. Ive used them several times, and the extra cost compared to DMV is well worth the extra convenience in my opinion!

Today I am registering a car for a person I sold a car to. I would rather have California Auto Registration make sure all the transfer and papera are done correctly. They made things run smooth. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I have used CAL Auto services frequently, this is truly a one stop shop. Friendly staff, Yokabeth always has a fun positive attitude, she is fast and efficient, always has the YES answer for you. Definitely a great place to get all your DMV questions or needs resolved.

Very informative. I went in to get my live scan today 12/03/2019 for my temporary job at palomar. Eve is the one that assisted me she was very kind and very quick with the live scan process! I expected to wait about 30 minutes was in and done with my livescan in less than 15 minutes. I saw alot of plates on the wall and she informed me they also processed dmv transactions I asked her about a situation I was in with a vehicle that my father in law left me before passing and informed me they could help me with the transfer and walked me through the process and assured me it would be done the same day! Thank you Eve for the great customer service people like you make it pleasant and not dreadful to come into a business to conduct service.

The easiest way to register my car and not have to wait in those crazy lines at the DMV. Christian is very knowledgeable and knows the process. If you have the smallest of questions she can help. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

After dealing with triple A and not getting my paperwork done I did some online reasearch on other third parties who provided DMV services because I was not going to go into the DMV and wait hours TIME IS MONEY ! I walked into their san marcos location where I was greated by a friendly staff the girls there are helpful they explain to you the process and help you fill out the documents needed and explain to you what each form is and what exactly your signing unlike Triple A who just gave me forms to sign and I didnt even know what they were for! My vehicle needed a smog they started the process gave me a temporary registration with a moving permit and one of the girls who works there handed me a coupon of a smog shop who gives discounts to their customers I went into the smog shop only paid $20 instead of the $80 usually paid. I walked back into Cal auto and in less than 10 minutes had my plates and registration in my hand all with great service! THANK YOU CAL AUTO GIRLS you saved me so much time and taught me alot about my dmv needs for the next time I purchase a vehicle. I will continue to come here for future dmv needs totally worth the service fee!

Dont go here they dont know what they are doing. Went somewhere else with the same paper work and got it done.

I went to their place to save money and time. Neither happened. In fact, it actually cost me extra money in the end. With several phone calls and me actually waking in a couple times, I could never get a straight answer on why my DMV paperwork was not being processed. I eventually got fed up, did some online research and mailed in the correct form along with payment directly to the DMV. I had what I needed in a few weeks. I wish I would have done that from the beginning. My time was wasted and they only refunded me half of the fees I paid them originally after I asked for a refund. Horrible customer experience.
