Wedding planner here! I get to see all of the behind-the-scenes, and All About Events is phenomenal to work with across the board! From there showroom to their delivery team, every member of the AAE team is great to work with and make my job so much easier! I love using All About Events for my weddings & special events!

All About Events did a great job with our 20 x 20 tent and chairs for 80 guests. The crew that came and set up the tent were efficient, respectful, and easy to work with. They were happy to adjust placement of the tent to fit our unique space. It looked beautiful and made the space elegant. Also the chairs were clean and in good condition, not beat up as Ive experienced with other local rental places. Will definitely use All About Events again!

We used All About Events for my daughters bridal shower and wedding - everything looked absolutely amazing! Kelsie did a great job helping our vision come to life and gave her professional opinion when needed. We had a couple slight hiccups with the bridal shower, but the AAE team was on it and everything turned out beautifully. The AAE team was on time and so helpful with drop-off and pick-up. We are so thankful for their patience with both events for our numerous changes to our rentals as our vision evolved over the course of planning. They have so much to choose from and the rentals make any event exquisite. We will definitely use them again when rentals are needed.

We are so happy we rented through All About Events! Lindsay was so easy to work with! She was extremely responsive, patient with us when we were having a hard time making decisions, even when we were closing in on the deadline, and quickly and accurately updated our invoice, no matter how many times we asked her to change it. Everything was dropped off and picked up without any extra effort on our part. Thank you Lindsay and All About Events for making our rental process such an easy part of our wedding planning journey.

I work in Sales for Perry Ford San Luis Obispo...I was very Impressed with one of the employees in particular. Cody Taylor was not only professional but he was also very personable. All About Events is very Lucky to have a guy like Cody. He is not only an Asset to the company, but he is also one of the hardest working employees. We our from San Jose, CA and had our wedding in Paso Robles. We were referred to All About Events. Lindsay was the person that took our order for tables, chairs and dance floor. She made it so easy for us. She was able to add items with an email or phone call.This was important, because the weather turned cold and we had to add heaters last minute. When I called ahead of time to ensure the items would be ready for my rental pickup they said come on by. When I showed up, they had nothing ready.There was a mix-up on the date of my event. Impressively however, they pull all the items together, loaded them in my car and when there were items I reserved that they did not have, they went to one of their competitors and rented it and then delivered it to my venue.They overcame a mistake with warmth, intelligence and professionalism. Being a local Wedding Planner, I can work with many rental companies, and I have to say that All About Events is one of my top recommendations to clients. Not only do they have the best (and biggest) selection of rental items, but they are reliable! If there was ever anything missing on the day of an event from the rental order (which has never happened with AAE) they have a staff member in the office who can quickly help remedy the situation (other rental companies do not have staff working on Saturdays - the busiest day for weddings). Knowing that I can call them up and have someone help me while I am in the middle of setting up a wedding is such a relief! I definitely recommend getting your rental needs through All About Events.

Working with All About Events for a wedding was a good experience. I emailed with several,questions and always got a courteous, timely response. I have one suggestion. I ordered just 10 more wine glasses than I thought we would need, but we ran out so fast. It seems people put their glasses down and need new ones more often than not. Maybe you could suggest that future clients order twice as many wine glasses as guests!

We used All About Events for our wedding in Harmony in August 10th, and working with them was an absolute breeze! Kelsie was great in getting my order exactly how I wanted it, and they have a great selection of linens in various colors and sizes to choose from. Picking up and dropping off the rentals was easy too, and everyone who helped us with that process was really nice and helpful. We highly recommend All About Events for any of your wedding or event needs!

The Mobile ManCave was a much appreciated addition to our daughters wedding which was at the Oyster Ridge Vineyard. The groom and his guys had a place to change, relax, eat and entertain themselves while they waited for the women to get ready... all with a beautiful view and right next to the event. Steve and his crew were helpful, on time (both with setup and teardown) and the prices were very reasonable. A great idea and we would do it again!

Set up and take down was never done for my wedding nor discussed an extra charge was going to be added if I wanted this service. The tables were set up, but nothing to follow as we talked about. My husband and his groomsmen set up the whole event as All About Events didnt do it. I lost out on money and time due to their mistake. My wedding started late as well. I was suppose to receive a call about a refund from Lindsey and still nothing.

All About Events provided our rentals for the Edible Magazine Summer House at La Lomita Ranch in San Luis Obispo. La Lomita is an already stunning venue, but then to accent the look with AAE furniture made the aesthetic just that much more beautiful. We used wine barrel cocktail tables with umbrellas, farmhouse style tables and chairs, a rustic bar, etc - each piece was just eyecatching and substantial. And Kelsie and Steven were a breeze to work with, very professional yet supportive, and handled all of our last minute inventory need changes with ease. We couldnt have asked for a better partner to this event.
