Very positive experience at Floresta Plaza Dental. All the staff: receptionists, hygienists, dentist, we’re all amazing and very personable. It was my first visit and they gave me a walk through of their facility, which I thought was very nice and welcoming, told me exactly what we were doing and answered any questions I had. The dentist is very personable and it feels like he has been my dentist all my life. He explained what he was doing, why and what it meant. I left there feeling confident with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I was very happy to see they were wearing masks, taking temperatures made me feel safe. Very sweet ppl there & the doctor explained to me the best way to proceed with my procedure. The office was very clean & neat. I will refer my group that had gastric bypass surgery to this office because we all have had the same problems with our teeth & have been looking for a practice like this.Even though I might not be able to do procedure right away because of cost I know the seven others will be able to. Dr. Torres and his team are fantastic! Their office is very neat and organized and their customer service is phenomenal. If I had to describe this practice, I would say ethical and fair. Dr. Allea and Dr. Ken are honest and accommodating to patients treatment needs. Most of the front desk staff are very friendly. Tracy always has a genuinely kind demeanor and adds to the pleasant experience; she is definitely an asset to this team. I would recommend this practice to friends and family.

Today I realized you can get dental work without pain. I felt they were very thorough and theyve done procedures that Ive never experienced at my previous dentist. The appointment system and in and out is seamless and easy.

Why was here?For Invisalign clear liners.This review is after my second visit to this place.Dr. Torres is awesome. He pays attention to details. Dr. Nur or Noor, who’s from Turkey helped me understand all the process and procedures during my clear liner Invisalign. I will be starting to put clear liner soon and will update the review accordingly.

Huge shout to the team at Floresta Plaza Dental. During Covid-19, I had needed a new dentist to go to and let me tell you this place did not let me down. I wanted to get my teeth whitened and not only did they do an excellent job but they also gave me a excellent price for it! They provide most dental services and have a great atmosphere to be in during Covid-19 as they take extra precautions to keep their customers safe. They will make you feel like family. I definitely would recommend this place for your dental needs!

This office frequently calls before appointments to change my appointment time even though they’ve been scheduled months in advance. Today less than two hours before my appointment I was told my appointment was canceled because the dental hygienist called in and they have no backup. Then I was asked if I could reschedule for a appointment 3 weeks out. This office has major scheduling issues. I will no longer refer any patients to this dental office. They can’t keep up with their appointments.

I had a great first time experience. The office was clean. The staff was kind and helpful and practiced safety with respect to the CDC rules. The doctor explained the possibilities of what may be needed for me To be able to talk, smile, chew and eat with comfort again. Cost is another major concern. While Dr. Torres’ financial quote was steep, it was less than a quote that I received from another dentist for the same work. I feel good about this dentist and will trust her to take care of my dental need(s).

My family and I are very happy with the services of this clinic. Abby and Calawi are the hygienists who handled us. They are very professional and did the service very very well.

Friendly place, like that they play food videos, (people trying out street foods to be exact). I took 1 star off because the dentist canceled on me. I requested a day off since my appointment was on a Wednesday and I had work, after work I take care of my son. I needed to get my cavities filled and I had to reschedule and since they were booked and I needed a Saturday I had to wait a month. Other than that so the Doctors were gentle at cleaning and very informative during the process, explained each step to me before they performed them.

First and foremost I was very impressed with Floresta Plaza Dental and how they are handling the health & safety practices doing the Covid-19 pandemic. I also was very pleased with my overall first time visit with the entire staff. This visit was for x-rays photos and consultation. My personal disappointment was having to put on hold most needed Dental work, because I cannot financially afford full payment for the prices quoted. I was denied extended credit, which make me feel pretty bad, especially when old good deeds come back to hurt you...on credit reports.

The experience of being treated with care and service during the Covid pandemic was incredible. They checked our temperature and provided us with hand sanitizer at the door. They maintain social distancing and wipe every thing down. They checked our teeth, took x-rays and cleaned them. We went for routine check up. They scheduled follow up appointments. They also send reminders a couple of days in advance

For the first free consultation, they took two 3D images of my teeth and sat down with me for over 30 min., went through the overall status of my teeth and treatment plans and stages, literally tooth by tooth with digital images, measurements and ended up with a detailed budget plan and a copy of full image for my CFO at home. She is the best dentist Ive ever met, globally.

The customer service and patient care here is amazing. Definitely going to remain with them lifelong and also refer some friends and family. They went above and beyond to give me the best patient experience while making me feel comfortable in a dental chair. The clinicians and staff members are all so competent and professional. Vinh was more than exceptional and will be my desired hygienist moving forward. The office is very well maintained and up to date with the latest technology. If I could give it a 10 star rating, I wouldn’t hesitate!
