I had stopped at Oil Changers while my son was having surgery down the street. There was only one person working at the time and his name was Nicholas. It started to get busy so I assumed Id have to wait for awhile. Not only was Nicholas very professional, friendly, informative, and thorough, he engaged with the customers without slowing down. All this while answering the phones, handling transactions, etc.. He is an extraordinary and exceptional employee and Oil Changers is damn lucky to have someone who is more than qualified to be running his own shop. Excellent service. Thank you so much Nicholas. The best oil change I’ve ever had, hands down! I had always thought oil changes were nearly the same everywhere, but after my most recent visit I know that’s not true. The guys who helped me were professional, non-judgemental (it had been a while), and quick. Highly recommend - it’s a little out of my way, but I’ll be coming back for as long as I live in the east bay!

I had my client go and get an oil change here because it was due. They suggested her a Synthetic oil change for $85 on a 2010 COROLLA!!! Are you kidding me!!!?? How can this place have 4.5 stars ripping people off and upselling them?? If you dont know exactly what kind of oil you need DO NOT COME HERE!

I was visiting a friend in the area and took my car in for service here. The staff was friendly, professional and took excellent care of my vehicle. I felt much safer as a single woman, driving the 6 hours back home knowing that they made sure I was driving a safer vehicle.

They were rude to my girlfriend took my toyota previa for an oil change and didnt even know how to do the change and had to ask for help to other worker saying that he went to school thats why he knew... you dont have to go to school to know how to do an oil change to my type of vehicle I can just look it up on youtube. When i got home and checked the report said windshield fluid filled and it wasnt filled up on my car and checked the oil was changed it wasnt even filled all the way.. they lied and Im very disappointed and my girlfriend too.👎👎

Came in on a Sunday—grateful it was open. Was taking my daughter to South Lake Tahoe for her second birthday so I needed it for the 3.5 hour ride. The service was fast, crew was knowledgeable friendly and polite, especially Keenan—he was so positive and cool (like who likes working on a Sunday). Got to use my coupon to save $5 too.Did a full synthetic oil change on my 2013 Prius, they cleaned my front window, checked my tires, and safety check on my lights.

Santiago, the manager, and Alvin were perfect!They always check the services due, so that I am current with everything. They dont push or up-sell, but let me know what is recommended by the manufacturer of my car.Ive been there every 10,000 miles for the last 3 years, and expect to see them again next year!

This is by far the easiest way to get your car serviced. It is quick and and the staff is always friendly and careful and thorough. You dont even need to get out of your car while the work is done. And when you leave all the fluids will be topped off and all your lights checked and filters will be clean.

Very friendly, fast, and top notch customer service. Santiago, Chris, and Ray very efficiently serviced the car, and I was impressed how fast they caught and fixed all the long standing problems with the engine and AC. All I went in for was the oil change. These guys go the extra mile for you, worked in discounts without me asking, and it came out to a very reasonably priced oil change and service. Santiago also checked my tire threads, which is not part of the service. Tip : You also can come in monthly for a free top off, which is really neat. Im definitely coming back, you can tell these guys care about what theyre doing.

Everyone here is really friendly and the service is fast and accurate. Still reasonably priced even though they recently raised their rates. I usually just get the basic oil change so I cant talk to the other services they offer. I typically come here during high traffic times... little to no line and Id rather sit in my car doing this than in traffic.

This was my first visit to oil changers and it was a wonderful and pleasant experience. The two men that changed my oil were very kind, polite, knowledgeable and courteous. They went above and beyond for me. They even put more air in my spare tire to make sure it was safe to use, if I ran into any problems on my family trip. Thank you so much and I will definitely keep coming back!

Fastest oil change I have had.While most oil change places tell you to drop off the car and come back in an hour (when really it takes them 3) these guys stand behind their timing commitment. You actually dont leave the car while the oil is being changed. 15min and I was done!Great service - this is definitely my go-to place now.

Santiago and Alvin helped me with a quick oil change, oil cap replacement, and oil filter replacement. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient. They had me in and out in under 30 minutes. They even gave me a little discount for bringing in my own parts. Ill definitely use Oil Changers again for my next service.

Fast, efficient, thorough, and friendly. In and out real quick on a Saturday. Every part of their process is efficient my only observation is the cashier should handle transactions on the passenger side window when cars enter from the left so they dont have to walk around the car. That way you save 5 seconds per trip, which can maybe add up lol.

I received a reminder email to stop in for an oil change and when I arrived, the Crew were prompt, polite & honest, telling me I had another 1,800 miles to drive before my car was due for its next oil change. They pumped up the tires and checked all the fluid levels and sent me on my way in less than 5 minutes.

Came in the afternoon and got zero wait. Plus conversation. Also the job was done right. Would recommend.

Quick and friendly.

Didnt use them.I was calling to see why there was fluids all over my friends Chevy Aveo engine and how they didnt notice the cracked transmission line going to the radiator. I replaced the line and had the transmission drained and the fluid replaced elsewhere. Just remember to check your car after you have anything done as people do mess up sometimes. Workers come and go.

My experience is usually good here. Gus decided to perform an oil cleaner without asking. This was unprofessional of him. All other employees here provide great customer service. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Would be kind of expensive of an oil change if it wasnt for the Yelp coupon and the managers discount I received, but the service was great and friendly. They talked to me without being condescending and explained to me how oil works and specifics I can look out for with my car and tires in the future. They didnt have an air filter for my vehicle on hand, but said if I bought one theyd help me change it. They also offer free fluids top-ups for the first 3,000 miles after they change your oil.
