Chris was amazing!!!I was able to do a late drop off after work. The updated me every step of the way also informing me what maintenance service was coming up stop I could complete then verse having to come back in a few weeks. My car was ready the day they estimated it to be completed, plus the washed or wiped down my car.Thanks Chris and San Leandro Dodge for the great service!

Hard to get anyone on the phone. Left messages and never got a call back. Had to have recalls done in order to register my car so I decided to walk in.Scheduled and appointment easily and they let me drop my car off early. Staff was pleasant face to face but good luck getting anyone on the phone.

This was such a horrible experience! I brought my car in to get it diagnose and receive zero updates as I had to constantly call them. On the third day, I went in and sat and waited to see if they would update me and they constantly said it has been look at. Cristian who was helping told me he was going to have a technician look at it again and not once did someone look at my car. After 6 hours of sitting there and my car is still in the same exact spot. I then ask for any papers/records/notes and they said they did not have any (Therefore, probably did NOTHING to my car). After this horrible experience, the manager Matt decided to have a conversation and he did NOTHING to try and resolve the issue. Instead he decided to just let me take my car which I am taking to another dodge dealership (Who mentioned themselves that they probably did not do anything either as it should only take 1-2 days to at least give you an update to whats wrong). With that being said, they both mentioned that they did run a diagnostic but still could not tell me what was really wrong. They also did not charge me the fee, therefore I am also thinking they did not do anything to the car. By far the worst experience. They did nothing to resolve the issue and constantly lied. To make it even worst, my car was not locked during those nights it stayed in the parking lot.

Went to look at a red 300 Chrysler. Liked what I saw and Vanessa helped us with all the paperwork. Everyone at the dealership stayed until all paperwork was done. I went in for a simple oil change. The service tech informed me that there was a recall/ bulletin on my Dodge regarding an update for the towing system. He asked me did I want to have the update done at this time? I informed him that I had plans for the day so just an oil change for now. He agreed, next thing I know Im there 2 hours and he tells me that theyre updating the software. I told him I didnt want it done but he told me it was too late. It was already being done. Long story short, Im there for 4 hours. My plans went out the window. Not a happy customer.

Christopher is not at all friendly whatsoever. What ever he is going through he should not take it out on people. He needs to be retrained on customer service. He told me he was a supervisor and really is not. I will contact the manager. Ive never had any issues until now. The way he was talking to me made me feel as if he thought I was stupid and did not know what I was talking about. There is no need to get hostile and makes certain comments to the customers. I do not understand why he was getting upset and making certain statement. I will continue to follow up with management on this matter. Also, exposing that other employees are not working there and blaming them for any errors on history transactions.

My experience was horrible!!! I probably won’t go to this location again for service. They had my car all day! I went in for an oil change, new tires and was told I’d be needed a coolant part. Ok the coat was crazy but I liked I was able to do a financing option for it. I left my car at 8am. At around 2pm I received a call that they didn’t have the tires or coolant part in stock and they wouldn’t be there until Monday. That I’d have to take my car back Monday and as soon as the oil change was done I could go pick it up. It’s been there 6 hours why the oil change hasn’t been done I don’t know. I waited and around 4pm called to check on my car and was told I’d get a call back…nothing. Finally at 4:30pm I said forget it and got a ride to the dealership. On my way I get a call that the parts arrived and the car would be ready by 5:30pm. Im annoyed because I haven’t had my car all day and I’ve gotten the run around. He didn’t remember the conversation we had had earlier and thought I was just going to leave my car there all weekend…what?? No I need my car now! So I waited for my car and left. But the experience was horrible. I’m not the type to complain otherwise I would have went off on the guy! I’ll be taking my car to the Fremont location from now on.

This place is trash. Only purchased a truck for my fiancé because the deal was that good. I wouldn’t recommend their car salesman Gino, he has selective hearing. Their appointment system for car servicing is useless. You make an appointment online and when you get there the service center will tell you it’s first come first serve. If you want unnecessary inconveniences, choose this place.

Was so upset that after keeping my car for 2 days then said they needed to order the part and will be done on Monday, this was on Thursday. Monday came around and no call. By 4 pm I called and they told me our technician went home already without even letting us know. A simple phone call would have been appreciated. I had to call to find out details which were not good results. When the service was due that day but not completed it would of been nice to be notified instead of waiting around all day to pick it up. Since they had my car for almost a week, it would of been nice to let use know. Very poor customer service and poor management.

I had the worst experience!!! I was told that you would provide a rent. When we (my family) got there we had to wait almost an hour for enterprise to bring a car I was told. A lady finally showed up from enterprise, now they’re telling I got to go with the lady to get a car. I wasn’t told any of this. They didn’t explain the process to me at all. When we get there at enterprise, we had to wait again for more than half hour. This is something that management had to work on in order for them to keep their customers. I was told by Sal in Sales and the finance department that the Jeep 4xe was HOV sticker eligible, I did not see it on the CARB list, but they assured me it was eligible. That was my FIRST criteria for purchasing a car. When I applied for the sticker through DMV, they denied it because the vehicle is not on the list! I spoke with the dealer and they still assured me it was eligible and did not lie about it... Well, someone is lying and I dont think its the DMV! I would not have bought the car if I knew this...

I was working with Bobby in service and the mechanics there. I was beyond happy with their service. I have a Fiat and didnt want to go to Berkeley or Concord (the two closest to me) and even though they dont have Fiat in their namesake they took my car in and handled everything. Very Good Selection of Car’s and Truck’s of your dreams what ever kind of Mopar Vehicle you might be in the market for. I don’t have anything to review on the Service Departmrent side but all for the purchasing side. All the vehicles seem to have a ridicules mark up’s from $5,000 as much as $100k mark up I seen and when you bring it up they seem tobe willing to reduce that insane markup in half or more quickly. The sales staff seems tobe very new and young to the auto sales market some of the staff seems tobe very pushy. Other than that all of my gripes the prices are workable and the big selection they have can be very helpful when deciding your next vehicle purchase.

Got my 3500 in quickly. Didn’t have a fuel filter or the parts to complete my recall. Over 600.00 for an oil and filter change…..ridiculous! Welcome to CA. Oil and filters plus my 100,000 mile service was quoted 2,600 dollars. I’ll wait and get the service done out of state.

While the sales guys were great. The wait for finance and paperwork completion to well over 2 hours...After we agreed to the sale it felt like we were old news. You have to pay for a soda or water while you wait that long?Seems though they are very cheap. They dont even fill up the tank before you leave. Only citing mopar only allows us $30.Dont expect them to go the extra mile. Hope the service side is better!

We made an appointment to test drive a Jeep Rubicon, they did not have the color we wanted but we still wanted to test drive it. We asked about ordering one in the color we wanted and wanted to know the price. They came back and said you are not buying today so we will not allow you to test drive. We tried to speak to the manager about it and were told that they did not have time for us and refused us service. They were extremely rude and would not give us their name. It was extremely poor service. We will never go back again and recommend that others take their time and money somewhere else.

I was not in the market to purchase a vehicle that day but due to the friendly interaction I had with Carlos and his Manager Val, I decided on making a purchasing decision that day and wow was I in for a treat. The service department here is TERRIBLE. They installed security on my Jeep prior to me purchasing and they spliced the sub wire. I made an appointment and the one person who does the sound system didn’t show. Took me several weeks to get it fixed.At my first oil change (purchased it from them new) they refused to rotate all 5 tires. Moved to Reno and the lithia Jeep dealer is awesome, but because San Leandro didn’t rotate my 5th tire, they are unable to rotate it now due to the tire tread being different from the other 4. Un-excusable and a complete WASTE OF MONEY on a full spare.Be prepared to wait hours for an oil change, they never have enough staff and most the staff is very disgruntled.

As a single woman buying a car, it was very frustrating to deal with very aggressive and intimidating sales men that called me sweetie. I had done my homework and new exactly how much I wanted to pay for a Ram Promaster 2500, had 800+ credit, but I also was planning to buy it cash. Most dealerships wouldnt even call me back when they found out I didnt have a husband to co-sign with. That made it easy for me to take my business elsewhere.I first contacted San Leandro Crysler via email asking for a quote, Carlos Hidalgo (the manager) replied immediately with a very transparent quote outlining my financing options as well as the price if I paid it cash (I didnt even told him I was buying it cash). The pricing seemed fair so I made an appointment to come and see him at the dealership. Upon arrival, he let me know that he would be assigning a sales person to help me and he introduced me to Raul Bermudez, who showed me the Van and was attentive, courteous, respectful, and not pushy at all. I decided within the hour that this was the place I wanted to give my business to. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and I have to say that this was the easiest, most transparent, car buying experience Ive ever had. I highly recommend this dealership. Very good customer services, I had a wonderful time there .the management and sells team very caring and nice people though dodge should begin giving its customers at least dodge customized bonus gifts after purchase eg dodge watches, jackets,cap.we at least need a dodge signature gift as we part of the muscle car dodge family.Elias was the men so if your at dodge San Leandro look out for him he will help you out best

I had a GREAT experience in getting my new Jeep...... My salesman Rick Martinez who helped me did an outstanding job in explaining everything to me and was NOT pushy at all!!! At NO point did I feel like a sleazy car salesman was helping me. I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a new vehicle to go see Rick Martinez.
