Long overdue review!2 months ago on the day of my road trip I needed new tires. I called here and was able to get in before I left and got my car working right thanks to Nick. He was knowledgeable, prompt and charming. He helped me choose correct tires for my car, talked me thru the process and made the whole tire change look easy. His supervisor, Mike, was personable and made sure the whole process went smooth. It was like driving a new car after that!! Thanks Nick and Mike. I am a returning customer to this location because of the stellar customer service Nick provided.Yesterday, i ran over over a nail and it popped my brand new tire. These guys were able to get me in right away to patch up my tire right before closing time.I appreciate the efficiency at this location and I will refer them to my friends and family.Thanks again guys!!

I was very happy to find a set of tires for my Jeep Wrangler in stock. However I was disappointed in the way the tires looked. They all have a blue substance on each tire. For the amount spent they are extremely dirty and I’m not sure what to do. I would have given This location five stars, however I may have to scrape this substance off of the tires myself. And that’s very disappointing after spending 200+ for each tire.

Waited 2 hours for a tire to be looked at (was told would be 45 mins) and of course it wasn’t fixable and a new tire had to be purchased to replace a 9Month old tire purchased there. After that, I leave and get up the street and the tire pressure sensors are showing that none of the pressures on my other 3 tires were adjusted, and the new tire is overinflated so I had to turn around and take it back to have the tire pressures adjusted. This was done correctly this time and I didn’t have to wait but I should not have even had to go back as it is mandatory for tire pressure to be checked at auto service centers in California. Not sure if just a bad day or if this place really IS being ran this poorly. Definitely doesn’t make me have any confidence in their service work.

I am disappointed in the service provided. I brought in a brand new wheel that was a replacement for a bent one. The tire tech installed wheel weights on the outside of an alloy wheel. I spoke with the manager and he stated that I would have had to specifically state that I did not want these types of weights installed and stick on instead. I would say it’s common sense not to deface the wheel?? I have worked as a tire tech, I’ve had 3 different sets of tires installed on these wheels over the years and never had I had a hammer on external weight installed. Not the end of the world but disappointed all the same.

I stopped at Goodyear because of an air presser light on a loaner car. I appreciate the polite care and attention of service I received for a no charge service. Thank you so much Goodyear!

Raymond has been extremely helpful in getting my vehicle taken care of, not only was he quick in getting me in and getting me taken care of but he was more than honest in regards for the work that needs to be taken care of and helped me to understand what else needed to be done. Had an amazing experience at this Good Year. Went in because I thought my tire was leaking - they checked everything, filled my tires, and reassured me things were fine (apparently nothing wrong was found but they were happy to help and make sure I was safe). They also reiterated that I can come back anytime if I felt uneasy with my car and can get my tires filled up for free. Great service, very fast and thorough.

Today was take my daughter to college dayWe made it to campus and unpacked the carAnd just when we were going to drive for foodI came out to a flatWhile spare was placed onI called the nearest Jusr tires placesAnd the first one I called told me I wont make it in time with traffic and driving on a spareBut the 2nd store and Micheal told me he would definitely be able to take care of me when I arrived even if it was past closing time!That was such a huge reliefAnd the service I got was even better!

I’ve been a customer at Goodyear for a very long time! I can honestly say my experiences there have always been welcoming and the customer service never fails me. If I can point out a particular employee who is always helpful, I will say Mike. He’s been the individual I’ve been dealing with for at least the past 2 years. Very nice and professional guy!

I arrived very close to closing. Mike and Nick took good care of my tire fix. I was there for less than 30 min. They stayed after closing to help me. Great place! Will visit again if tire needs fixing.

I came in with an hour and a half left in their day and need an alignment, rotation, balancing and needed to re purchase my alignment program.They squeezed me in and finished my car before closing and we’re able to discount me where they could which was much appreciated.I always come here and will continue to come here for as long as I drive a car.

I went in for a tire rotation and alignment. I was helped by Michael which provided excellent customer service. He was able to provide me with answers to all my questions and concerns. The waiting time was accurate to what I was told I would wait. I recommend this location to all.

Micheal was such a great help. My vehicle was having issues with my brake pedal pulsating. He guided me through all the steps that were going to be taken. He ordered me new rotors and pads and now my vehicle runs great and stops even better thanks!

Just put I brought my mothers car in to get an oil change and they did a fantastic job and very helpful and kind plus I clean waiting room with cold water in the fridge

Very very poor customer service, specially front desk, I waited waited in the line, he didnt care, so I had to go other place to change my new tyres, dont waist your time and money at this place

Technicians professional and helpful. They take the time to let me know about items on my car, and advise me whether or not it’s urgent. They do not try to take advantage and sell me something I don’t need. The sales workers at the desk are polite and go out of their way to assist with my needs.

They have a spacious waiting area to hang out with USB and electrical outlets to charge your devices while you wait. They have complementary cooled water bottles and hot Coffee. The front desk customer representative, Valerie, was pleasant and respectful over the phone and in person. Together with the staff, they were able to take me in during a near emergency situation without appointment and handled my tire work very timeley. There are many tires shops nearby on the same street, but Im glad that Goodyear had my business.

I rarely leave reviews but I feel a responsibility to warn people. These guys are what you worry about when you go to get your car checked. The ones who shamelessly try to upsell you repairs you dont need. Its sad especially during times like these when people are struggling financially, but it must be what theyre trained to do.I went in to get my tires and brakes checked. I was told ALL 4 rotors and pads were beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Mind you I just purchased this certified used car less than a month ago. On top of that the brake fluid was contaminated. The bill would be over $1,000. I said no thank you and decided to get a second opinion at the dealership. It turns out I only needed by front brake pads replaced. Everything else was fine. $200 bill vs. over $1,000. I know realize why they didnt give me a copy of the so-called notes that described the condition of the brakes They may be fine to purchase tires from but I would highly caution anyone to get repairs done there. These guys are sadly crooks.

They charged me for an alignment and the steering wheel does not drive straight. I have returned four times and when they shrug their shoulders so I give up in trying to get service from them. Their lack of interest is what you will receive. Beware!!

Worst service ever. They over book apps. Make you wait for ever. I had problem with my tire brought it there 2 different times same tire. First time said they could not find a leak. Brought it back second time same tire problem. Manager says we could not find nothing. I said hey I watched they guy he jacked my car up and only checked tire pressure spun tire around lowered car and turned in paper work. Manager was surprised called guy in spoke to him. Quite surprised I seen him. I said Im leaving my car over night. You need fix my tire. So go back next day they said oh tires good now. So I leave check light goes on problem again same tire. Enough is enough . Either higher people whom either wanna work. Or stop taking tire issues if you dont wanna repair tires.... Plus while there a worker backed out with customers car and hit another customers car... In real. This place is a complete mess. I ended up taking down the street to this small little Mexican family tire shop.... I told the guy my problem. He fixed problem right away. And even handed me nail that was in my tire...... People think going to brand name company is always best. Thats not true.... As I experienced. Do not go to this place good year avoid avoid...

Three times in a row now I spent such long times at the place for oil changes. Appointments appear useless here.Today it should have been done at about 12 pm. Now it is already after 1:40. Still waiting. Simply not efficient. I will go to Pep Boys next time for the maintenance service.Understaffed? They dont care how you feel, or how much you complain? Five hours for oil change plus alignment with appointment. Why cant they finish the job but drag on?

The people at the front desk were courteous. They didnt charge me a ton for an oil change. I also liked that they had complimentary coffee & bottles of water available while I sat in the waiting area. Id visit there again.

Had an easy tire patch to do (but didnt know that in advance). They suggested a time, I got in a few minutes early, it took how long they said and all was good. Intend to use this store when I actually need new tires.

Where do I start I was told first come first serve basis I got there at 7:00 A.M I knew the mechanic came in at 9:00, that was a big pill to swallow. I was the second and line I did not leave until 2:50P.M if it wasnt for Valerie I probably will still be there now the Manager Micheal put it like this I was told if you cant say anything nice dont say anything at all so that should give you some type of information on what I think of him. Im so mad right now, with a car in front of me I waited over 3 hours for tune up Change 6 spark plugs. I am unsure if I would ever go back there again. The mechanics are slow

Terrible place to go to. The light for my low tire pressure went on and I went here to get air in the tires. Ok to make a long story short they say the sensor for the light may be broken. What?? Yes my 2012 Corolla. Anyway they say they would have to ✔ 4 sensors at $145 a sensor. Uhhh what?? Goodbye Goodyear!!! So they did air the tires and 2 blocks later the light went off as b4 when this has happened. STEER CLEAR OF THESE JOKERS AND THIS JOINT!!! HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER TO GET MONEY FOR A COURTESY SERVICE!!!

Came here on my fathers recommendation. My vehicle had a slow coolant leak. They identified the leak and repaired it for 170+ dollars. I drove away only to discover the exact same coolant leak in the exact same location. Their explained that the machine they used for testing pointed to the part they replaced as the culprit so they were not culpable.Shouldnt you also verify the leak manually? You know, with your eyes?Nonetheless their backsides were protected.The second attempt more accurately identified the water pump, which they kindly replaced for a discounted 400+.Well, that leak is back today, just 4 months later, and this place is possibly under new management. Oh, but it is ok because they gave me a guarantee.... On parts and my continued doom trying to get my car fixed here....Maybe you will try someone more reputable?

Don’t come here and waste your times. To the owner if you want to keep the business, make sure you hire the right people that care for people that walk in make sure they greet the customer. Instead of ignore me and having a good chat about there life for 3 min in front of me and walk away. You could check your camera right now is 11:05 to 11:15am on 5/4/2019. Im about to change all my 4 tires that going to cost $700 something now you just lose the business I’m going down the block to pep boys. You are not the only tires business in the block.

Wish I can give them 0 stars!!! I was in a rental with no spare drove it from Oakland had 2 kids with me! Mind you I live in Dublin! I begged the young lady at the front desk but without hesitation she declined to help she showed no compassion to the situation she said “sorry we close at 5pm”and it was only 330pm the workers looked as if they were sloths working. They need to retrain there employees on customer service not just hire anyone that applies. Anyone that gave them 2 or more stars needs to get slapped!!!

They said that flat tire will fix me, I came to them and They said that I have to replace the tire because it is time to change and I just wanted to fix the tire because the air is going down ... It is just pulling people to replace the tire and they attract it to fix it for you free ! I advise against this company because they are not honest and very expensive, the same company tire can be bought much cheaper together with the installation. regeneration!

Had an appointment to change my tires at 4pm. Even came in at 3:35pm thinking i will be on my way sooner. My tires were preordered from the Goodyear website. It is now 6:15 and my car was just pulled in. Theyre suppose to close at 6pm. Finally leaving at 6:40pm. Front desk staff is very helpful though.

Horrible service. If you have a fleet vehicle I suggest you don’t bring it here. These guys made a big deal out of getting approval for an OIL CHANGE lol. Said it will take all day to get an approval. Grabbed my Keys and Took it down the street to Jiffy Lube and they took care of me with not a single hassle.

Came on Friday to get a/c serviced. Too busy so made appointment on Monday at 8am.Came on Monday and after waiting 2 1/2 hours was told part was in Fresno and to come back the next day.Came back on Tuesday at 10am. Daniel mistakenly sent the part back to local store.Its noon and I am home waiting for a call for when car is ready.Not happy.

I Had a bolt in my tire it took two hours to remove and patch it, the boy working on it looked like he was stoned. Moving very slowly. The manager said everyone here is trained, did not look that way to me..

Took my car in to have oil changed $70 for this and tire rotation. Also needed to have my check engine light read. I brought my other car here last year and had the light read for free as their website says. You only pay if you need the code pulled diagnosed. Well the older guy who helped us tried to charge me off top $70 bucks to read the code. We told the mechanic we didnt want the light checked, I wasnt paying when I didnt have to last year at same location and after their website said it was free. I went to the website and showed the lady who rang us up she agreed and we didnt have them check it anyway we had told the mechanic on site as well as the original employee to not check it. She became confused and asked us well what is be cahrging you $70 for. We all wondered since Id told him twice and the mecahnkc we didnt want the light checked, which it wasnt. He tried to be sneaky and have me pay $130 for an oil change. I might be female but Im not dumb. I ended up going to AutoZone and borrowing their code scanner and confirming/finding out the issue myself without spending $70 which is more than 2 times the amount of the part needed to fix my car. Just watch what your charged and paying for when going here. They do good fast work otherwise.

The worst service and on top of that I hated that I got work done and had the warranties. Cas he DONT fix it right the first time they are INSULTED when you show them it’s no longer running properly AFTER they fixed it. He ooo for EVER for them to recognize their mistakes and they STILL mad at you. I have gotten more then one vehicle worked on had to take both of them back for the warranty work and they did poorly on that. I felt good taking my truck to get all that work done to the point I took my van next. He bragged about the $4000 of work they did. I had to come back TWICE on the same thing where they ACTUALLY had to fix t but was mad. Next time I’m willing to pay a shop full price DONT PAY GOODYEAR. It’s a guarantee that you will have to come get that same work redone and I know this from personal experience because I am still going through it right now as we speak only reason I have to keep going up there is because his work that I’ve already paid for and guess what just this very last time I took my van they lied and told me they couldn’t fix it in the part was sitting right here in the seat when I got there but yet they couldn’t find it so I paid full price on brakes I can still hear squeaking did it ever get fixed?? They said they couldn’t find my tire ox sauna pick up my van they had the lot sitting in my seat I think that was their way of letting me know they’re tired of fixing when they already messed up. Last time baby girl was mad that I paid with card she literally got upset because I would not pay with cash all of this is true and personal experience

Made an online order and appointment but they cant get their email (and have not been able to get it for days) which is the only way they can validate the order, so unlike the random arrivals, I have to wait an unknown number of days until they get their email fixed to even get a new appointment. Once I get my damn tires, they will never get any more of my money.
