Worst customer service...........Had a flat tire on my audi q5, guy shows up and doesnt not know how to replace Q5 tire, spare tire needs to air compressed, and replaced with the special key. Finally got towed by paying $250.00 for 5-6 miles.I would not recommend for replacing a flat tire, looking at their response, wont refer for Towing as well.

So unprofessional. We called for a tow that was blocking a one-way. They said 10min they will be there, then we waited half an hour. called back and they said their eta was now 15min. then we waited another half and hour, and called them back for them to say they’re 10min away again and the driver will call us in the next few minutes. We had no choice but to wait. the driver never called us and we called the towing service representative again and they put us on hold for a long time. then they told us the driver will call us. he calls us and says 20minutes. this company is unprofessional in providing eta. they would not allow us a refund. the tow driver was so disrespectful as well. choose a different company.

Very poor service. Made an appointment at 1 pm and drivers were not here even at 3. Had to cancel the appointment and they charged you $50 for no reason. Long holding time while they were checking the status.

James was very professional and courteous regarding my situation, as I had my rear tire blown and needed to replace it with my front tire in order to have it towed, he took the time to switch the tires which was above and beyond,Definitely will use BB again.

Pro:Driver was good at what he do. He was quick about towing my car.Con:Took 1.5 hour to arrive even though my location is only 10 min away from their office. Driver was distracted and was texting and driving at one point.

This people are not reliable at all! They are the least friendly people ever, I had an emergency had to wait for 2 hours a because they kept telling me they’ll be coming but they never showed. And above it all, I called back and they just treated me super rude.

Car broke down during my morning commute. The driver that came to tow me was Guy and he had a trainee with him named Amit .Both werevery communicative and polite. Guy realized very quickly that my insurance company had provided the wrong address. Great service
