DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They are a bunch of RIP OFFS and LIARS. This towing company damaged my rental vehicle when they towed it away. Then said the vehicle was damaged on both ends, when I know for a fact that the vehicle was not damaged when I had parked it that night. I literally had the car for 10 mins, parked it and went to bed. How does a car get damaged on both sides??? I know for a FACT the 2017 Nissan was in perfect condition when it was parked! Stay away from the place!!!

My motorcycle got stolen. A week later it was found by a buddy and SJ PD made an arrest (thank you). Courtesy Tow took my bike all of 4 miles to an impound yard. They charged me $300. I drove there to pick it up. Initially I was told I needed a release form from SJPD, so I went to their headquarters and they told me I didnt need one. So I drive back and an employee asked me for help with their water hose. I tried to help but it was busted. I asked why it was so expensive, but he didnt explain. It was the PD rate apparently. $210 for the tow. $90 for storage for less than half a day. He charged me the $300. I left with an impression that this company was rotten to the core. Thats all.

Rip off, charge me $250 for a 3 mile tow. Joke Company.
