Post taxes filling is a disgrace, they even have a person that will curse you if you call for assistance and demand help. I did my taxes with them twice, and not recommend them

Today was a great day, needed someone to help me out organized my business tax, and Claudia was very nice and help me out, i had to find someone else because last year the person who help me out charged me over 5k, when i paid today $300 i was super happy and very excited .

I wasnt sure where to do my taxes this year so I started searching online until I came across this place on here. I called them immediately to set up an appointment. My deadline had me very anxious so I read a few reviews and decided to give it a chance. At first I wasnt so sure but after speaking with Juan I felt a lot better. Not only were they knowledgeable but they were understanding. All my questions were answered before preparing my tax return. After that my tax return was prepared in minutes. Great service I was in and out. The best part about this place is they always answer the phone and if they dont answer they return the call right away. I have never gotten my taxes done professionally. I came in a little nervous and stressed because I never understand the language on the documents. I was greeted by a very professional and friendly staff.Lupita took care of my taxes. He was very patient and explained everything (sometimes even twice). She took his time with all my information. When he finished, she reviewed my forms about 3-4 times and caught a place where I could get more money back.I hate doing my taxes and for the first year, I had no reason to stress out about it. Karina was amazing. I made an error on my taxes, and the IRS corrected them and sent me an additional bill for tens of thousands of dollars more. I thought you had to file a lot of paperwork to ask them to reconsider something like this, but in my case, karina took care of it in one day with one phone call, at a good price. Im so happy that I did. karina is extremely responsive via text and email, friendly, reasonably priced and has always answered all of my questions. she even took on my husbands tax load, and my husband owns his own business, is pursuing a product venture on the side, and has clients in lots of different states. karina doesnt even break a sweat. We trust her completely and enjoy working with her. I highly recommend her if youre looking for a great resource come tax season!

My experience so far with amc has been a good one. Im one of those people who has attempted to do taxes alone, thinking an app or program is as good as a tax professional, and maybe it can be IF you know what youre doing. Well turns out I didnt know as much as I thought. I ended up needing help and I found it with the folks at amc Great customer service, thank you clau, lupita, forgive me if I dont remember the rest, Im bad with names.

Fany is a life saver.Dealing with the IRS is scary and stressful.I received a nasty-gram from the IRS saying I owed them 9000$ in back taxes, penalties and fees. I needed a professional!Within 1 day Rachelle was able to review and amend my return, find 1600$ in missed deductions as well as file a request to remove the ~1500$ in penalties and interest.We were able to take care of everything over email and phone. She was ultra efficient and thorough. She uses electronic signing and other software tools that make signing and reviewing government paperwork SO MUCH easier.amc was the 5th firm I contacted off google (due only to her not showing up in search ranking the first 2 searches I did) to assist with my tax issue. My experience in reaching out to other firms ranged from them stating that my case was too small to handle, non returned calls, and another that said there was no sense in amending my return. One individual was no longer taking clients and kindly provided me with a reference to another accountant.. Who did not return my call.I wish I would have gone with amc first. It would have saved me time, money and stress!She is a true professional and I will be taking last years return to her to review and update.Thank you Fany

Ive gone here for 4 years. Claudia, owner of AMC Tax Sevice charged me $140 last year. This year, for $15-20 minutes of work, her charge was $600!!! What? She said I didnt have to use her services. Time to find someone else.
