The price charged for the work done is exorbitant. I can easily get taxes done by turbo tax for free or at most $19.99. $293.00 for something so simple is way too much. I do like the tax advisor though, but next year I plan to file with turbo tax and will recommend it to family and friends.

I came to this location for a tax appointment at the last minute and was grateful that they could fit me in. When I arrived I was greeted by the man that I was intended to see but he pushed me off to a woman in the back of the office. He introduced himself but not the woman. After sitting down with the woman it became clear that she didn’t want to do any work, demanding that I answer my own questions but doing all the math as if in school. Seeing that I was paying them I questioned her and she stood her ground so I choose to leave and find a more customer focused company. When I left I saw a pile of sunflower seed shells as shown in the photo. This just solidified my choice. I called customer service and filed a complaint and I received a fallow up call a few hours later for an other woman in a higher position. After describing my experience she stated that was not what she was told what happened as if I was lying to her. She also stated that she was told the sunflowers were piled up by the cleaning crew and left there and the staff didn’t have time to tend to it. 1: it’s carpeted so they would vacuum and 2: how hard is it to pick up after yourself? Where did all the seeds come from and why were they on the floor and not in the trash? Come on! So any who this lady only made it all seem so too normal and the fact that I had problems with the service and cleanliness was unusual. Do not give your hard earned money to this sham. Pay a real cpa.
