Lupe and Clara are the dream team!!! Being a first time home buyer it was super scary and intimidating at first, but Lupe and the team supported me throughout the whole process. They were so responsive and answered all my questions/requests. They always wanted to make me feel comfortable and gave great consultative advice! Even with surprises and the potential of me backing out of an offer didn’t discourage her, she was still so gracious and kind! We encountered a couple of road bumps during escrow, such as flood insurance and elevation certificates, but that wasn’t a problem for the team - they hunted those certificates down to help me lower insurance costs. AFTER I closed on my house and got my keys, I discovered termites, and Lupe helped me negotiate with the inspection company to get fumigation covered at no cost! Lupe and the team didn’t abandon me after I bought the house, but consistently go out of way to help me and provide amazing service! Extremely unprofessional. My parents sold a house where she had the buyer. After close of escrow an issue came up where the HVAC had a leak. She contacted us and we communicated with her and got the issue taken care of in good faith, even though it was after escrow had closed. Buyer didnt change over electricity into their name so we requested they pay the bill since it was their use. No response from her 2 months and counting. Her unprofessional behavior is especially egregious considering her side had an issue and we took care of it. Stay clear of her. Find someone with character and responsiveness.

Never responded. Contacted her about one of her listings on the phone and she said she could find similar listings in the same area if I sent her my contact info. Thats what I did last week and never responded for even saying that shes busy. Has no sense of being courteous
