Use CJ as your real estate agent!!!. She was my real estate agent over the Summer. I had a pretty strict set of requirements -- detached home in a fairly specific area, and I had under a million to spend on it. Very difficult in California, especially in the current market. CJ worked with me all summer, visiting at least a couple dozen homes with me, until we finally found one that I was able to win the bidding on. I love my new home, and there is no way I could have done it without CJ.CJ has tons of experience and knowledge of the area and of homes in general. I learned so much by touring houses with her. She helped make sure my bids were viable, but not overpays. CJ was tireless in trying to find me a home, even going to some houses and making youtube videos for me when I could not make it due to schedule conflicts. CJ was also responsive, getting back to my texts or emails almost unfailingly within an hour or two. And her help didn’t end at document signing -- she has helped set me up with a series of trustworthy and talented workers to help fix up the home I bought. Her network of excellent people is a tremendous resource. CJ is an amazing person and an amazing realtor, and I can not recommend her highly enough.

I am at a loss for words when describing how wonderful an experience it has been to work with CJ Brasiel. I didn’t truly understand how hard a real estate agent can work for you until purchasing a single family home in San Jose this past year. This particular translation was a difficult one, due to many issues on the seller side, and CJ helped us through the entire process and safeguarded our interests, even when they might have conflicted with her own (short-term ones).She is patient, extremely knowledgeable, always accessible, and will fight like hell to get you what you want. If I could award 100 stars out of 100, I would. A mere 99 would not be enough.

CJ has been absolutely amazing in our home search and selling our house. She helped us find our dream house during this pandemic. She was very helpful and showed us many homes in our wide search area until we found the right home. She was always available to see homes on a short notice, a requirement in our competitive market. Once it came time to move she went above and beyond by providing moving boxes, arranging for cleaning of our new home and getting painters in to do touchup before we moved in. Overall her service was amazing.CJ also connected us with a couple of different mortgage brokers to help with arranging financing. The broker we went with has been working with CJ for years and was also amazing on the loan process and making the loan process easy and getting us an amazing rate.When it came to selling our home, she arranged for staging, photos, 3D tours all in a very short time period. She sold our home in 5 days for over asking! The selling process was easier than I thought. Even though this is a stressful process, she made it that much easier for us. She was there for all the showings, and there were quite a few. This made us a lot more comfortable to know that someone we trust was in our home during the showings.

My husband and I were very happy to work with CJ. Who sells a house during a pandemic and keeps clients safe??? CJ! Seriously, the best in the business. We first met CJ 8 yrs ago when selling our home in SJ and buying in MH. She is by far the hardest worker Ive met. Stayed on top of all inspections, appraisals etc to ensure we were protected and informed moving into a home with well and septic which we didnt have any experience with. Fast forward 8 yrs, moving out of the area to Auburn. Easy decision to call CJ once again. She listened to our wishes (we dont do open houses) and worked her tail off to get our home sold within a week after SIP. In the interim, she helped our son buy a home, our parents sell their home of 50 yrs, my sister in law sell, and our cousin.
