When we shortlist some of the properties, they would provide the comps and the disclosures for the property within the same day. Being a first time buyer, we had no knowledge about what some of the disclosures meant. However Dale and Helen were patient enough to walk us through these disclosures and were always there to answer all of our questions.When we finalized a property, Dale and Helen were on top of the paperwork in no time. They were diligent and transparent throughout the process, explaining each and every form to us before asking them to sign. They were tech savvy too sending us documents over email and signing them digitally thus saving a lot of time.Overall I’m super happy that I went with Dale and Helen for my first home and I’ll always recommend them to my family and friends.

We worked with Dale and Helen to sell our house in the Cambrian neighborhood in San Jose. We had lived there for 20 years and to be honest, it was a bit out of date when we bought it. We updated the primary bathroom during our time in the house, but that was it, so when it came time to sell, to say that it had a few projects pending would have been an understatement. I had a great experience with Dale Warfel in selling my Santa Clara townhouse. Located almost directly across from a cemetery, I was concerned that I might have problems selling my unit. Dale helped with painting, recommended some kitchen and bath updates, which I did, staged the unit and made my unit look like a model home! We had offers in a couple weeks and sold the property for more than the asking price. Other town homes were also for sale in the area, but ours sold faster and for more money!
