I cannot think of a better person to select as a Realtor for our first time home purchase! David was patient with us, showed us as many homes as we wanted, and gave us helpful information and things to consider when we did have an interest in particular homes. We never felt pressured or rushed to put in an offer, and when we did want to put in an offer, David looked though all of the documents with us and pointed out anything that he thought should be brought to our attention. He genuinely cared about us, and wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with our purchase, and found a home that fit our needs. Any time we had any questions about a certain phrase in the legal documents, condition of a home, or anything else, David was there to answer all our questions and more. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely have him help us purchase our next home! I definitely recommend him to anyone else looking to start their home journey, whether new or experienced.

David is very knowledgeable and has years of experience. It was easy to trust him the moment I met him. He also had no problem working around my schedule. From getting quotes from roofing companies when trying to help me understand how expensive a potential issue was, to save me from buying a house in a loud neighborhood, not only he was very responsive the whole time he was helping me, he always went above and beyond. 10/10
