I had a great experience today went in to get a manicure and pedicure and Yvonne and Tiffany were amazing they did an amazing job. They both pay attention to detail, I had an ingrown toe nail and didnt tell Yvonne anything but from the attention to detail that she has she knew right away and took it out for me. And Tiffany was very detail oriented with my nails she did an amazing job I love the color and the glitter she put on my nails was just stunning.

I did not like my experience with Tiffany, she is very rude and rough. Also when I asked her questions her response was “ I don’t know” to almost every question, for example I asked her “ how much did they charge for eyelash extensions” she said “ I don’t know, it’s expensive though” and gave me a look as if I wasn’t able to afford it. I had also asked her when they were the most busy, her response again was “I don’t know”.

Great experience, went in to get my eyebrows done for the first time, since my coworker recommended them, it did not disappoint! Was so glad and happy with how my eyebrows came out !

The staff there is wonderful! They take such good care of my daughter and I. They are so accommodating, they remember our names and conversations from visits past. They are so helpful, too. I really enjoy my visits.

Love this place! They always do an AMAZING job getting my nails done. I’ve been going to them for years and never got disappointed. They are keeping it safe during pandemic :)

The customer service is very nice. I got a pedicure and I really enjoyed the service. I think I will do gel polish next time since one of my nails chipped because I asked for regular polish.

I’m 6 months pregnant and my back and feet were hurting from all the Christmas shopping so my husband offered to get me a pedicure to relax. 1st time here and the service was outstanding! Greeted and seated me right away. The nail tech Nancy was awesome! She cleaned and cut my toes beautiful and pain free. While getting a light back massage on the comfy chairs, we had a little discussion about kids but she let me relax most of the time. All the nail techs were generous and kind. The owner I believe, a man, was my favorite. He kept offering me water, making sure I was hydrated. They even made sure my husband was comfortable (sitting next to me on one of the pedicure chairs), helping him use it to get a massage while he waited for me. After my service, they had my husband pull the car upfront so I wouldn’t fall or slip from the foam sandals and rain. The owner made sure I gripped his hand and walked me to the car, even helped me get in. I really enjoyed this nail salon. They didn’t pressure me to upgrade or tip (but I do tip). The salon is clean and professional. Definitely coming back. Awesome job Viva Nails! You know how to treat costumers!!❤️ Thank you

I got my nails done yesterday and I haven’t had them in a while Kim was awesome she did a beautiful job and took care of me really well. I also had my toes done also and I love how they came out but I mess one of my toes up and they help me within a second. I felt really comfortable there and love how the male goes out of his way to bring me and my daughter a cup of water and gets permission from me to give her a piece of candy will be going back for sure when I need a fill. Also if something goes wrong you can just walk in and they will help you. Love this place

It was my first time coming here and I have found my new nail place. The owner was nice. Lynn did an amazing job on my nails. The place is narrow and i felt a little cramped but it wasnt a turn off. I liked how they had a connection with there regular customers. Very friendly and for a Saturday afternoon is wasnt to bad. Thank you ViVa Nails for the experience.

Overpriced!!! Not a bad pedicure -- it was actually nice -- but, $45??? I pay $30 at Diamond Nails in Saratoga and they do way more! This $45 pedicure didnt come with hot stone or paraffin, Im not sure why I paid so muc!?! They didnt explain what was extra. As for my nails... they are OK, but also not worth the $40. Several nails are different lengths from eachother and the shape is off (after having her file 3 times). I had much better work done for at least $23 off the bill at Diamond Nails! I only came here because it was in my works complex, so it was convenient. However, I am regretting it already. My nails will probably bother me until I get my next fill (yall know how that is). I gave 3 stars because its not the worst service Ive received and because the ladies were very nice. Yet, the cost was way to much for mediocre results. Also, they have a TV on and its loud! It was super annoying and it did not make for a spa like experience. Bummer! If you dont mind spending a lot more than other San Jose salons; and if youre OK with a blasting TV, it could be OK. I will spend my money else where in the future!

Great customer service and super clean. They mean business when it comes to sterilization. I like that!! Brought my mom who had Alzheimers here - they treated her like a queen! I will never forget how kind they were. It was impossible for me to care for my moms feet at that point. They did a better job than the podiatrist!

I was a Viva Nails customer for approximately 6 years (after having tried two other nail salons when we moved to San Jose almost 10 years ago.) I initially came to the salon for pedicures and gel manicures. The staff and the management are excellent. The salon is very clean, and they have the latest sterilizer for their instruments. Their prices are in line with other nail salons that offer spa services, and are large enough to offer walk-ins at any time of day.Over the years I got to know many of the individual staff members and was therefore quite happy with whomever I happened to have performing my pedicures. They were so efficient that they took walk-ins on their busiest of days. I only made appointments when I wanted to have my eyebrows waxed and have facials from Christine, one of the owners. She is in demand., and rightfully so, because she is both an expert and a lovely person.I came to know Christine well because when I first started going to Viva Nails I had been getting gel on my nails. But all of a sudden my skin started peeling off my fingertips and my nails started getting soft. She correctly diagnosed that I had become allergic to the gel and some of the chemicals used in the gel process. I stopped having gel put on my nails on her advice and my nails are now hard and healthy.Soon after that I began spending a lot of time in hospitals for my profession. Gel and polish became impractical. One is not supposed to have gel on ones nails when working in the hospital environment. But I remained a customer of Viva Nails for pedicures, waxing my eyebrows, and facials until recently. A change in my professional life now makes getting to the plaza on Almaden inconvenient.I stand by everything I said at the beginning of this review, and the 5 star rating, despite now patronizing a salon closer to my home. Viva Nails offers excellent, hygienic, well-priced, professional service.

I have tried quite a few places in Morgan hill and San Jose. This by far is the best. My nails always look better and last longer when j get them done here. Even my husband notices a difference if I go to another place to save time after work. I get waxed there too!!!

I love Viva nails, they have an amazing amount of colors.. and will also fix a broken nail if it breaks with in 7days.I just got a pedi with Cindy and she gave me the best foot, leg massage I have ever had.

They try to be very nice. It seems they have alot of repeat customers. Not much of a wait, lots of color choices, the smell does not overwhelm you as do some salons. Have gone here twice now and will probably return again.

I left with a manicure and pedicure that I could have done better at home. I had polish on my skin, visible bubbles on my nails, and the polish wasnt smooth. Not to mention, the ends of my nails were rough. Very disappointed.

Hire someone who has experience in business and have a degree, or some professional background. Not the ones who do a poor job for very overpriced.

I use to come here all the time for my brows, and I always left happy .But last week I went to get a leg wax (my very first leg wax)I called prior to driving there and I was told it was 25$ for leg wax . But after it was performed, she told me 30$ cuz she waxed the knee. Thats unprofessional, you cant just start charging extra! At least mention it or ask beforehand! And it looked like I needed a wax after it was done cuz only a few of my hairs were gone!! I paid 40$ total and no tip, so hopefully they got the point I wasnt happy. I shouldnt have paid, but I didnt want to make a scene and not pay. But Im not going back.
