Absolutely in love with this place! Whenever I go to get a pedicure I am always worried of the place being clean..Ive heard of some horror stories! Not the case at this place! Not only is it very clean but also has amazing decor! The pedicure I received was nothing short of amazing! She paid great attention to detail! Staff is warm and inviting and have amazing customer service! This will definitely be my destination for all my future spa services!

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.Top points: it is CLEAN and decorated beautifully. When you arrive, they get to you right away and offer something to drink. Each person is endlessly polite, engaging, patient, and talented. They take their time to listen to you and make sure you are thrilled before you step foot out the door.

I found this place on Yelp and am SO glad that I did. I absolutely love it here. They do such a great job with gel manicures that they last for three weeks. They are also very detail oriented and I always walk away with awesome nails. Such friendly service - when I walked in yesterday, I was told I just missed my friend who I had come with weeks before. LOVE IT HERE!

My sister told me about this place I just stopped by to see if they could hook me up real quick & they did. I think her name is Kayla‘ yeah she definitely did that. I love my nails’ the only thing is I needed a massage on my hands and I didn’t get that however, I did come in with no appointment at the last minute of closing. But I will be back and I hope my next she will be able to do that & the price BETTER be the same..

EXCELLENT ! They have TONS of colors! Its probably the first time I had trouble choosing. What I really love about this salon is that theyre so precise, meticulous, and detailed. They did an amazing job with coloring and shaping of the nails. Definitely would recommend!

Very responsive and friendly, my manicurist made sure that I was comfortable at all times. They were quick to serve when I got there and did a thorough job with the manicure. cant wait for my next appointment!

I recently moved to the area looking for a nail salon. This place is clean and the employees were all pleasant. Staff did my nails, she was quick and did a great job! She did three coats of the color. I will definitely be back!

Took my mom here to give it a try and we absolutely love our first experience here. They are professional and very clean. We got a lot of complements on our nails. We Will be making this our go to nail shop from now on.

Two weeks ago I went to another nail salon to get a full set of acrylic and within the first week my nails started lifting up not adhering to my real nail. I came here to get them fixed because a friend recommended this salon and they were great. Awesome customer service. Ill definitely be coming here more often!

Im so impressed with this salon. Best decision ever! Great salon very nice inside. The staff was amazing and treated me so nice and I appreciate that. She did my nails so good and excellent quality. They have some really nice high-end pedicure options. Whichever pedicure you want to choose will feel so relaxing afterwards. Im so happy with the result and very highly recommend this salon!

Awesome place!!! Visiting from out of town and wanted some pampering...we found the right place!! We had massages, body scrubs, facials, manis and pedis...all were well done by wonderful staff!! Will definitely go again next time we are in San Jose!!

This was my first time here, based on the reviews I had a good feeling. I got the SNS nails with a tip and I showed staff what style I wanted and my nails look so good! Everyone is so nice here! ill be back!

So disappointed about the new owner/staff they dont respect the prices they have listed... they was trying to charge me more money, I said to kelly why if thats not what they have listed she just said that they forgot to change it!! But I stop by a week after n they still have the same ads... They should be fine for falls advertisement. So sad 😣

This was the WORST experience ever. I called and was advised they provided a service that they didn’t. I waited an HOUR and still was not serviced. Every time someone freed up they just took someone else who walked in after me. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Ivy is no longer the owner an the workers will not stop when you tell them to stop they dont not to mention the new owner hiked up the prices if you want gel your paying an extra $15.00 so sad well i guess this will be my last time here an they are very rude.😣😣
