I walked in for a full set and Emma was available! She was quick. She tried her best to accommodate the style I wanted. She used pink and white power as well as glitter powder. Came out pretty good!

The folks who did my nails were great. The woman who did my eyebrows had NO CLUE what she was doing. She just kept poking and pulling at my skin shakily and it looked horrible! It looked worse than when I came in. It hurt terribly too! When I asked her to bring someone else she tried to convince me to let her try again and I didn’t want to. It was clear she did not know how to do eyebrows. I told her that if she didn’t call someone else I would leave. She did and the other person began to tutor her on how to do eyebrows.Why would they let this person touch eyebrows if she doesn’t know how?! The lady wasn’t able to fix it and so I just told them to stop. I’m so upset with how they handled this and the fact that I’m walking around with unsalvageable eyebrows. I will never come here again.EDIT: added photo of the damage done to my upper eyelid because of this place’s irresponsibility. I would steer clear of here.

This was wonderful. I broke my arm and cant even cut my own nails so stopped by out of necessity but will return for self-care.

It was the fact that she cut before asking how long I wanted them and rushed it and I don’t recommend her using the pink acrylic cuz u can see the pink on the nail and it’s just not good and she seemed really careless and didn’t really care how it came out

I’m not sure if the pandemic has a lot people’s anxiety on a all time high or what but nonetheless, it’s no excuse for the service I received today. I called early in the morning at 10AM to get my nail fixed and scheduled an appointment for 5PM. When I arrive to the shop, I gave the shop a call and they explained that they were a little behind and it would be about 20 minutes(which is fine). When it was time for me to sit in the chair, the nail technician was visibly irritated and was not friendly. I spoke to her and she did not speak back. As she worked on the nail that needed to be fixed, she literally tried to pry off the remaining of my nail with a card and that’s when I told her that she was hurting me and suggested she file my nail instead. After that, She took my hand and yanked it. I politely asked her to stop being so aggressive with me and she ignored me. She got up from her seat and instead of handing me the color palette or sitting it down, she slung it across the desk. I sternly asked for someone else given that clearly she did not want to service me. I had wait another half hour for another technician to finish with her client because my prior tech was so rude. Pandemic or not, this is not the proper way to service or treat a patron. You would think I showed up right before closing to get treated so poorly. If you don’t want to service people during the pandemic, then you shouldn’t be open for business. This place will never get a dime of my money again.

I am a returning customer. I get mine and my daughters nails done here on a regular basis. Normally I get good customer service at this salon. Today was not one of those days. Today the lady I had kept hurting me and telling me Im too sensitive. I asked her to be more careful because it hurt. Then she and the other girls were laughing and speaking in their language. Im not sure what they were saying but clearly they were talking about me. Two other customers came in and one of the ladies made a comment. The other two women looked at the customer and laughed. They continued to speak in their language the entire time and never spoke to me again except to tell me the price.I have spent lots of money at this salon and recommended it to others. Clearly, my loyalty and money should be given elsewhere.

Bad experience ever. Just got my nails done here yesterday and I will never return. The lady did a very bad job on my finger nails. She was very rushing on finishing them. She was super careless not only painted on my fingers but also hurting them and there were stuffs under the paint cover too. My fiance was very disappointed when he saw my nails . The nails look terrible and I could have done a much better job at home by myself. And today the paint is falling off from one of my finger nail. Cant believe that is the gel polish!The other lady who did my toes nails actually did a nice job. Only credit to her!

I recommend 100% all the ladies are great and sure know what their doing. My nails last three weeks when they never do in other places, they also take their time to pamper you not rushing to help the next person. Thanks Mimi and ladies

Unhappy customer that they dont speak in English and cant read it. They are not wonderful on pedicure to do nails were not dry it and not smooth edges, manicure is not wonderful flat nails that I didnt appreciate it, wax eyebrow had hair on my face and wax left on my chin too. They are in hurry to finish it. No communicate really good.

I came in about a little over a week ago to get a mani pedi, one color, no fake nails. They showed me the menu for the prices and I pointed to the basic/cheapest ones for the gel mani pedi and they over charged me, they were rude and she did a very poor job on my nails and missed a few areas & she wouldn’t even fix them after I asked nicely. And so now my nails are completely chipping, peeling off, not only on the edges of my nails but even near my cuticles. I do not recommend this place
