Both times Ive been there have been great dont be afraid to ask questions these nails are coffin shape light pink power nails they were 50 dollars which was more on the expensive side but definitely good quality theres always parking lot and can call ahead of time they gave my brother a kaprison juice and depending on who you get they are very skilled and kind i was cut a little on the side but an accident and very little

I followed one of my favorite nail techs to this salon so i loved my nails until today. My nails hurt he drilled my nails very fast and rough i asked him for him to be more gentle. My nails are uneven i felt very stressed during the service. I paid $80 something which I dont mind paying but now i look at my nails they are ugly to look at. He spoke in his language about me which i can understand a little Vietnamese. I had a horrible experience. 😫 I will be on a look out for another nail place price doesnt matter. I still tipped because I am not cheap. My friends go here as well but ny experience is not worth me going back.

I was getting my oil changed across the street and I wanted to get a pedicure done while I waited. To my surprised the Salon was open at 9am even though online their hours say “open at 9:30”. The staff was very kind and greeted me when I walked in. A woman named Anna was my nail tech. I got a gel pedicure and I love it! She took her time cleaning and scrubbing these poor pandemic worn feet that hadn’t had a pedicure in over a year. She was warm and sweet and even though I don’t live in the area I would definitely come and see her again.

I felt uncomfortable due to the technician talking really loud and rude to me she made me feel as if I wasnt supposed to be there. I will not be going back there. She never said thank you after I paid her. Its like she hated me or something.

I’ve been coming to Redberry for a while now and every time is a hit or miss.. they definitely talk about you while doing your nails and depending on who you get you’ll get uncomfortable with them yelling at each other while doing your nails because they loose focus & slice your cuticles “on accident” smh (Paul) he’s highly requested lately his service has been off. He’s gotten too big headed and now he doesn’t even care to take his time with any of his clients unless it’s a big spender. He did my nails in under 20 mins yesterday and they look nothing like I requested but he didn’t care. Yesterday was definitely the last visit for us, I woke up hating my nails even more but I hate to complain so I’ll be going elsewhere to have them fix my nails today 🤦‍♀️ TERRIBLE !

My nails got butchered. The lady overfiled my nails now its so thin short and my fingers hurt and are plump from the edges of the excess polish. From the table lamp light it looks decent but when you check and look again with regular daylight..youll see everything wrong. Brush strokes visible, uneven polish and irregular nail shape. Not going again Hanni.

Tony did an excellent job. This is my second time going there and I love it. Very nice service and they were very kind to my 5 year old. Made the both of us feel comfortable and welcomed.

The pedicure was a disappointment. The lady who did my pedicure tried to charge me more by insisting I get a different type of pedicure even though I told her I just wanted a regular one.She also didn’t even wash well she only washed the sides and that was all. Another incident that happened is that my daughter wanted a manicure and the lady, Anna, Left her nails way to short and it was a misshaped. And it left bubbles and wrinkles everywhere. When I went to get my manicure I told her I wanted gel but again she insisted I’d get another type of manicure. She then started to complain to her coworkers, even though I didn’t understand her I could tell she was angry and even other coworkers told her to calm down. I started to talk to my daughter about the service and that’s when she started to make conversation with me. I admit the pedicure was good but I think she only did it good for I won’t get more angry.Overall I wouldn’t come back here again.

The remodel looks nice. It isnt as cramped as before. It looks clean. Not all the nail techs offer or bring their clients water.I walk through the front door and I am greeted to see what I need to get done. Then I get seated in the middle chair in the first row. This lady took a while to get situated because a young lady who came in after me was getting started on her acrylic nails. If acrylic nails are a priority, dont offer other services.The lady that was doing my nails sat their quietly did my nails until I started seeing bubbles because she was rushing through the shellac gel and messed up. Dont get me wrong. She did an 80% job overall, but it should be 100% all the time every time. She should get all flustered because she messed up and I asked her to fix it. If she did it right the first time, there would be no need for her to fix it and be all rough with my hands. In the end, two nails were messed up. She didnt cover the entire nail that she messed up on There was a dark lint on my other finger. Lastly, there were tiny bubbles on a couple of other fingers.As the last set was setting under the UV light, she was pressing for some lotion; unfortunately, the bottle was out and she only rubbed the teeny tiny bit of lotion that came out of the bottle on top of my hand and rubbed it in circles and that was it. I had to ask her for the cuticle oil and she asked some if I wanted to wipe my hands down. I really wanted to ask her what was included in the gel package because all I received was a little bit of filing, cuticles cut, cuticle oil, and shellac gel with a splash of lotion for the something not even close to a massage that is normally offered. If she was in training, she should be supervised better or let alone retrained.Not having her do my nails again. Too bad they dont have name badges anymore because I wouldnt recommend her until she gets better training and customer service. Keep in mind that I did tipped her though!

Not satisfied my nails did not come out as I would like them to look instead she went with what she liked and didn’t care what I thought and seemed like she was in a rush since the place was full. This is my second time coming here and I would not return. Paid 50 for my whole set grrrrr! Didn’t feel like complaining at the location and making a scene:

I was pretty disappointed I should have listened to the reviews. NOT worth it coming here. Gel nails lasted 2days and the gel came off right like a sticker, reason i didnt go back to complain was bc its already a 25min drive and i prefer not to go here ever again. Service wise i got there first and i was helped 2nd from another person who came after me.Also very small place not enough seating but thats at most places anyways.

The lady who did my pedicure was very careless. Gel polish has many bubbles n missing areas. While doing the 10 minute massage she kept stopping to pay attention to what everyone else was doing and she cut my toe twice. Very rough overall. Waste of $40 plus tip that she did not deserve.

Ok....so let me start by saying I went to this place because it wasnt busy and I was on limited time. It took 40 minutes just to get a pedicure....the lady in the seat next to me was not happy with her pedicure and lucky me, I got the same nail tech as her...but I figured hey,maybe Ill have better luck! Yeah,right....wishful thinking! The lady was rough with her hands, she hurt me, she left nail polish on my fingers and to top it off she cut me!!!!. Ill stick to Color Nails because even though theyre always busy they get you in n out with a nice professional job.

They did a good job on my pedicure, pricing is average starts about $27 dollars includes a 5 minute neck massage, paraffin wax, hot stone, but if you want the rough calluses taken off your foot, then its another $5.00. Give you a bottle or water or a juice for free. The only thing I did not like is they are so crowded, I felt like I was always in someones way and had to keep moving my things. You are actually touching the other chair. My purse had to be on the floor, which I did not like. So for that reason they get a three.

5 Stars for Lina only!! Trust me, ditch the guys and only have Lina do your nails! She’s amazing.

Staff are very friendly. They always greet you right when you walk in the door and try to assist as soon as possible. They also give complimentary water or juice to all their customers. Overall great salon.

I got the basic full set nails which on the pamphlet says $20 but they charged me for $33 Im not unhappy with it just wish that they had actually wrote the real price on the pamphlet but it was still fairly cheap for doing nails. I got a grey blue and I love them coffin and decent length so Im happy overall.

I havent been to the spa since I was bed ridden due to high-risk pregnancy. I took my 3month old daughter with me and the staff gave us the royal treatment, so relaxing and I cant wait to go back soon.

Today was my first time going here. I had hear it was a nice salon. Nope. Very dirty, chairs dont work well, foot bowls very dirty even with plastic cover.Not a very good pedicure on top of it. Paid $30 for a basic plus.Not worth it at all. Will never never go back.Update. After 2 weeks my feet are so dry and cracking. This has never happened in 20 years of getting pedis. The salon has not contacted me for a refund. I took a way a star for the skin issues and no response.

I always get my nails done here and I have always been very satisfied. Today Helen did my nails and filed them so much that my nails burn they are very lumpy and the shape is very bad, the end results look like peanuts. On top of that my nails were coated with gel like 5 times! I am very angry because my nails hurt and I can’t even get them fixed because they’ll file even more, and I’m going to a wedding!

Wow! So today I was like I want to get my nails done and was looking for some were they had 5 🌟 I think everyone does and thank God an awesome guy was there to do my nails as I like HES NAME IS PETER TOTALLY GOING BACK ..THANK YOU SiR! :)

Lina did a beautiful job on my daughters nail total perfectionist.. And didnt take long. Very friendly staff. They have cold beverages for customers and snacks. Charger ports.. ATM inside plenty of parking.

Ive been supporting this business since it opened and no customers were there. The service has severely taken a turn for the worse. I went in today and sat in a chair for 15 minutes with not one employee asking me if I wanted wanted or that there would be a delay. The water for my pedicure for cold so I got up and walked out. Ive met the owners and in positive this is not how he runs his business.

Honestly better then color nails, they take there time here and actually are nice very good customer service ! :) unlike at color nails where they rush everyones nails.

This place is number one on my DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE list. All I can say is after they were done I wen straight to CVS and bought acrylic so I could fix my nails. They also didnt pull anything out of any package that indicated that it was fresh and new as in nail files I didnt see them clean the drill files I dont even think they clean anything in there really

I have been going to Redberry for two+ years. I have always gone to Peter-who is awesome-for gel set of nails. Peter had been on vacation for weeks and I went into Redberry 3 times while he was gone. I left there dissatisfied with my nails all 3 times. Today I went in with my daughter for mani/pedis. Instead of a relaxing experience the employees were trying to upsell Gel nails, wax on hands, callous remover etc. I didnt understand when she asked about the callous remover so she did it anyways and I had to pay $5 extra. I go to get my nails done to relax and today I left frustrated and the opposite of relaxed. I will not go there again.

Took my kids to get their first mani and pedi today and everyone was soo nice and sweet. The prices are amazing and the experience was memorable! I got a full gel set and my 8yr old and almost 3 yr old got gel mani and pedi.
