Great customer service & pedicures. In the time of COVID-19, I feel very safe, it is very clean. Great customer service. I highly recommend coming in for pedicures & manicures. 💅

When you walk in it takes them a few minutes to greet you didnt feel very welcoming. My nails came out looking nice but didnt last more than 2 weeks. My pedicure was amazing. For me this place was just too crowded and too much going on It was overwhelming. They have lots of colors to choice from. For tipping they only accept cash which is inconvenient for me, signs are all over the place.

I was very impressed how clients were handled during the pandemic. It felt very safe clean and professional. My temp was taken, and I filled out a consent form. Every employee wore a face shield, gloves and mask. My appointment was on a very hot day, and they even brought out outdoor fans to help relieve the heat. Having multiple manicurists was also a plus because some salons only have 3-4 employees. My pedicure lasted over a month which is unusual. I also appreciated how they have a policy on massaging your legs for eight minutes during your pedi. They will show you the timer to confirm it.

During COVID I went to this nail salon which they did not disappoint. They exceeded my expectations by making sure everyone sanitized their hands and kept their distance. The workers at this salon were friendly, professional, and hard-working. I received a French gel manicure which I am pleased with the end result. Typically depending on which nail salon you go to the nails won’t look good or last. However, out of all the nail salons I went to I am most pleased with the way this salon designed my nails. It’s a perfect combination of pink & white!!

Been here 3 times, 1st bad, 2nd and 3rd good. Very busy. Make an appointment. Everyone is nice and accommodating.Update 2020I come every 2 weeks now to see lynn. Shes very nice and does exactly what I ask for every time!

I try to give this place a try, but each time my nails are horrible. She seemed to not care. It was frustrating. My toes were amazing, but the acrylic on my hands are bad.

He knows exactly what to do with my hair to make it feel and look amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Great outcome, nice shape. Lasted a long time, copied my design well.I ended up with 2 small cuts on my fingers, and 1 cut on my toe where they just got too close with certain tools.

Update on previous review:still 5 stars!Last time I got my nails done here I got a full set and they lasted well over a month(desperate need for a full but still stayed on with no lifting)Thats more than I can say about anywhere else Ive gone.They confirm appointments through textTheyre really niceThe salon is clean with cool music playingAmy did my nails today and did them exactly how I wanted them.Im SUPER picky on color and wanted a nude color that was slightly pink but almost clear.Most nail techs would be like what the hell? And I get it. But Amy brought a few colors and put one on and I really liked it!Then I ask for the name of the color and turns out its a color I used to use all the time a few years back! Thats how much they listen!I also appreciate that they were prompt When it comes to getting you seated and started. Im very understanding when my appointments are running late but to have a salon take you at your actual appointment time is always a good thing

This is my first time getting my nails done in a very very long time. I didn’t have a reservation but I walked in right at opening and they helped me with smiling faces. I was lucky enough to get Lynn to do my nails who has been doing nails for 21 years. She could tell that I was nervous but I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. Five stars for sure, will definitely be returning .

This is my favorite nail place so far! I have only tried maybe 5-10 salons but this is by far my favorite! It’s so clean and I love that they have a separate waiting room thats also rather quiet. My nails always end up super beautiful. I always get a design such as marble and they hand painted the design and it looks absolutely marvelous and my sister has gotten flowers painted. Everybody here is unbelievably talented and in the rare case where you want something fixed, they take care of it no problem.

I come here every other week! This place is great it’s spacious, kinda kid friendly if you can control your rugrats! I love Jo-An she’s the best if your getting acrylic!

Great customer service. I had the manicure that involves dipping your nails in powder. The first one was done on untouched nails and didnt do so well. It chipped in less than a week. They were very apologetic and explained it should have lasted longer. The second try (done at a discount due to the troubles with the first one), was done by Helen, and is holding strong. She did a great job. Stephanie, at the front desk, was very helpful and offered great customer service. I will continue going here.

I get my nails done here and always happy! Decided to try a pedi, one of the worse that I have had. How can my feet still feel rough right after a pedi!?! 1st the lady never asked if I wanted a drink or even a hello, I had to say Hi, first. Didnt get to enjoy the soaking much, there was no fragrant smell as noted. Lady(W) kept pushing for gel, I did update on an extra heal cream-that was a waste of $$. I can get smoother at home. I wasnt impressed with the massage either, could barely feel the touch. If, I go again I will have my nail lady do it or ask for referrals.

Ask for Ann she is the best! I love this salon there is nothing they cant do! All the staff is so friendly & it is reasonably priced compared to other salons I am never disappointed with my nails!

Overall, the salon cleanliness, professionalism, organization, and ambiance is a 5+. The appointments are scheduled and appointed like a well-oiled machine. I appreciated the politeness, the minimal banter amongst employees, refreshments, background music, receptionist, and soft lighting.I did not care for the lack of ventilation, as I was getting a headache towards the end of my appt. My pedicure was maybe average at best. Pedicurist was polite and meticulous. However, the actual service was mediocre and the 5 minute massage worthless. Well just say she rubbed lotion on my legs.I was in and out in 30 minutes, which I loved. They were busy, so I would not recommend just walking in. Call for an appointment.Prices were reasonable and a 5% discount is given as an incentive to pay cash. You MUST PAY TIP IN CASH even when paying with card.I will definitely return for another pedicure with one of their many technicians.

Im not from here and my daughter set me an appt. I was welcomed with a smile and the service was prompt. Very clean. Very busy. Very nice selection of colors and services available. I see why my daughter ONLY comes here, no need to go anywhere else!! Its been a very nice experience.

It was my first time visiting this salon and it will be my last. I went in to have a manicure and a pedicure but only did the pedicure. I had a color in mind and asked if they had it and she told me yes. 3 colors later I gave up n went with something completely different. I had asked for a swirl design on my big toe and the lady told me “I have to ask my manager.” she comes back and tells me yes she can do it. 10 minutes later the manager came over and tells me we cant do it but we can do a flower. At this point I Was super disappointed with them working on my nails so I said no thanks and left. I came here because of the advertisement of their nail art. I would not recommend this place to any one.

All the staff goes out of their way to give you an excellent experience EVERY time you go. I keep coming back because I love my nails every time. I can bring in a pic of what I want and they can do it. if i dont know they have something up their sleeve and customize it perfectly. Thank you Bellagio!!

Usually, service here is good. This time they sat me at chair #3. She is very rude and pushy. She overcharged me as well. I would pay $28, but she charged me $35. I got the exact same thing the previous time. If you do go here, DO NOT sit in chair #3. They sit in the same chair everytime. Chair #2, Bella is great!

This is my regular nail salon. The hubs and I hit this place up at least every other week. I get a pedicure and he gets both a mani and pedi. They have several message chairs so you can stay comfy. We generally get the gold pedicure, which includes a warm neck pillow, salt scrub, 12 min massage and a wax treatment (you put your foot in a bag of warm wax then as it starts to harden it removes dead skin and leaves your feet baby soft). The place can get really busy so make an appointment. Also bring cash for a tip. These folks work hard, they deserve it!

I had a mani pedi with Tina she was quiet but I,liked how she helped guide me as it was my first time there and everyone was so helpful and I,can even begin about the nail art its like totally everything never seen anything like it

Been here for several shellac manicures and classic pedicures now and I have yet to leave disappointed! Only gave 4 stars because I have had to wait for a few minutes despite having an appointment on a couple of occasions and they always try to upsell me on the pedicures. Also, was painted the wrong color once, but they made sure it was corrected before I left. The nails always last 2-3 weeks, and I am super rough on them! Ive seen a different person each time, and all have done a fine job.Edit: I have now been disappointed with one of my services - removed one star. I had Wendy (chair 3) for my mani-pedi today and she was difficult to work with. She did not introduce herself, ask me how I was/if I wanted anything, or respond to my comments/questions. She spoke very little English and understood even less. I had to ask for a drink and then she never provided despite me asking 3 times. When she was clipping my cuticles, she made me bleed in a couple of places and just quickly put a powder on the open wounds hoping I wouldnt notice - no apology or check-in to see if it hurt (which it did). I picked a really light DND color and asked for 4 coats, which she did. But then she used an off-brand top coat which was not consistent and left bumps and craters on the surface of my nails. She said that was due to my request for 4 coats (blamed me, essentially) but fixed it anyway by buffing the top coat off to reapply. She was going to use the same top coat again so I asked for the DND one - problem solved! So while I left with decent-looking nails, it was a very poor experience and not enjoyable at all. I will return again, but I will request to not be seen by Wendy.

I also sat in chair #3. She was very rude. She got upset with me when I asked for acrylic fill. I just prefer. She tried to talk me into gel and when I again asked for acrylic her attitude turned nasty. She was very rough, filing my cuticle several times. When she was using electric file she cut me under my nail. This was very painful, throbbed for hours. Still very painful 4 days later. I was looking for a salon closer to my home. Will never go back. I left a tip, dont ask me why I didnt just tell her she didnt deserve a tip!

Came in for a gel mani/pedi. Hellen did such an amazing job. Had the platinum pedi and she put me to sleep.
