Ivy, the ladies and fellas are super sweet and hilarious! Whenever I would go there, I feel very welcome. I always leave happy and with amazing nails. Will recommend to anyone! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I AM BEGGING YOU ALL. I went their first a simply pedicure and I saw a rat nibbling on a cockroach on the corner of the building, i informed one of the staff, and she just said “it is fine”. Next up, you might be wondering how they clean their tools that they use for nails....they run them under water....this is vile and disgusting please don’t go here for your own health and safety

Racially profiled my friend and asked her to pay before service while performing the service for the white customers before asking for payment.

This place is the Spot yo get pampered! You can have a drink if you like.. 🍷 The ladies are great and so is their service. I like how you feel like you are at home! I am happy with my Nails, Pedicure and wax. Thank you for being different!

Okay so, I personally did not go to this place (thank goodness). I am writing this review for my friend who has been so distraught after her visit here. If I could ZERO star I would. My friend came in asking for a simple ombré nail. What she got was a terribly done French tip of some sort, honestly I don’t even know what it’s supposed to be. She even tried to tell the nail technician it wasn’t what she wanted and she said “I already started”. Now I’m not saying this lady isn’t a good nail tech.. I’m just saying her eyesight may be a little off or something. My friend needed these nails for her engagement shoot and now she has to cancel it because she doesn’t have time to go get them fixed. She was too nice to say anything to the lady so that’s why I’m here. I’ve attached the pictures because y’all probably think I’m over reacting till you see what I’m talking about.

Tina filled my nails while Kathy gave the best pedicure of my life! I am not a local, so stopping here was by chance. The environment was clean, happy and very friendly. My nails look great, my feet and toes look and feel great. Total time spent 1.5 hrs of heaven!

Ill never go anywhere else. I particularly like that they use disposable plastic trays for sanitation -- many places dont do that. Who cares if the best English isnt spoken? They are friendly people, thats all that matters.

Got my eyebrows waxed by walking in. Place was empty for a Tuesday afternoon. So I was serviced ASAP. She saved my brows! Ill be back :)

One of the worst places Ive been to. Their customer service was very insulting. The lack of english and rude behavior has drove me away indefinitely. Not only that, but their nail polish must have been old, because the day after my last appointment, the nail polish started chipping.

Worst place in the world so is anthonys hair cuts next door dont come here the lady was drunk and cut my nail they have alcohol and like 7 dogs loose inside the store. i told the guy i wanted my money back and he cussed me out. i reported this to the city of san jose for inspection and the police
