I LOVE the way they do my nails. The acrylic nails are very nice but not something for me. Im not saying you shouldnt get them, it just wasnt comfortable for me. But any nails they have done are AMAZING!!

Was there at 8 pm owner said they were closedI never had a good experience here, some ladies are nice but the rest are extremely rude, just overall NEVER a relaxing time at this spa.

My nail broke 2 days after I got them done. I had to wait over half an hour to get attended. Never coming back to this place. Also way too pricey for a simple set.

I just moved to the area and have been looking for my go to salon. This was the second place Ive tried and my search is over! I was immediately greeted upon entering and was told there would be a short wait for my fill-in. The wait was maybe 5 minutes came and got me settled at her station. We chatted a bit about the current set I had on and my concerns and what I really wanted out of my salon experience. After deciding to go a different route than the fill-in I came in for, she handed me a basket of over 500 gel nail color options! While I was looking she went and got a hot rice bag and placed it around my shoulders. Then she got started with my nails. Everything about my experience here was amazing. My nails turned out perfectly and the price was right. I will definitely be back!

I’ve always been going there. I loved the place, not only has this happened to me once, but THREE times that they made me sit on a chair and wait for my manicure for 3 hours, they helped other people and they came after I did,doesn’t make any sense, then when I complained they did my nails quickly, the nails didn’t even have a shape, one was longer than the other which is pretty stupid. But not only did they waste my time but they didn’t even do my nails correctly. Don’t plan on coming here again.

This place is the very best. I have had so many different technicians and they are all truly lovely. I love that the services are always the same quality no matter who performs them. They are great at being talkative and engaging without taking away the relaxing element of your experience. The space is beautiful, relaxing and most importantly, clean.

It was my birthday, so I decided to get my nails done. They were very busy and getting close to closing, but they took me anyways. They mentioned to me that they try not to turn away clients without appts at any time.The Manicurist was fast and efficient while working on another client and starting with me. She also could tell that I was very hard on my hands and made appropriate suggestions.Also, when all was said and done the girls gave me a very nice birthday gift.

Best nail experience ever! Great customer service and great conversation as well. They work quickly, neatly and always do a great job! I leave here happy every time and I am very picky!!This is my go to nail salon from now on.

Great place! They do quality work! The staff and owner are really friendly and take good care of my 2 year old and I. I have had a gel manicure from Jessica, she is quick and really good and also Helen, who is a perfectionist and knows what she is doing!

I did a pedicure here for the first time. My pedicurist name is HARRY which BTW she’s a women. She was so tough on getting my ingrown nails. Until the point i felt the pain throughout my whole body. I was bleeding as well. I’m not sure if other women like that but that was to painful. I had to sit there so she could take them out cus I wasn’t gonna leave them in. My toes were throbbing as I left . The next morning my both big toes were in pain for about three days. They were swollen as well. I never went back and not planing too.

It is hard to find someone who can do your hair the way you like it each and every time. Hana is awesome! Excellent cuts and styling for an affordable price! Styling is provided for all hair services without extra charge.

Went for a nice pedicure and came home with a INFECTED TOE! Talked to the manager refused to give me a refund after I showed her.and I’ve been coming here for awhile. For sure lost a loyal customer today . Don’t even deserve a one star .

The lady that attended me had a very bad attitude and the whole time she had a huge frown on her face. I wanted to be skeptical on the bad reviews that I read which is why I went there, however the bad reviews were correct. This lady hurt me a couple times while taking off my gel nails. Ask for pricing before even letting them attend you because I have a suspicion that she lied and took advantage. If I were you, I would avoid this place like the plague. No need to waste or ruin your day for such a terrible business.

Best to worst nail place there is. They’ll change up on you after 5 or 6 times of going straight...then they deliver horrible service and have me wait 1.5 hour just to repair 1 nail...? They took 3 or 4 customers before they could even help me. I was confident this place was my “go to”. Never again!!!!!!

Perfect service, nails havent chip yet and I did them 4 days ago. I even move to Texas and had to pack some boxes and clean my apartment. Nothing, nails are as perfect as first day.

I went to visit my family in this area and my family took me here to do a pedi and mani. Their services was awesome. The workers were sweet and welcoming!!! I would totally recommend this place to relax !!!

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!!!!! VERY INFESTED (Roaches) AND DIRTY. I HAVE COME HERE BECAUSE IT IS CLOSE TO HOME THEY CLOSE VERY LATE, IT IS 9:40PM AS WE SPEACK AND THEY ARE BARELY GETTING TO MY TOES AFTER SITTING HERE FOR LITERALLY AN HOUR MY FEET HAVE BEEN SOAKING FOR AN HOUR, I DONT LEAVE BECAUSE IT IS ACTUALLY THE 3RD AND LAST TIME IVE BEEN HERE BEFORE AND HAVE LEFT WITH NOTHING DONE DUE TO THEM SAYING YES. I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER TIME SINCE I AM ALWAYS SO BUSY AND HAVE KIDS. BUT THIS IS NOT IT THERE IS MORE IM JUST REALLY UPSET AND THEY NEVER DO ANYTHING TO IMPROVE SERVICES.

This has to be one of the WORST nail salons I have been too yet! I got my nails done last week Friday and on Monday a nail broke and it was my thumb (the hardest one to break) when I was getting my nails done I saw how she was putting on acrylic and it was so sloppy! Not to mention my 7 year old daughter was soaking her feet for OVER 40 MINUTES ! Anyway I thought okay maybe Im to rough buht the next day I woke up and another one broke ! Right at where she glued them! While she was glueing them on it kept falling off and she didnt do much about it ! I am NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN ! The woman that did my nails had Jessica write on her apron

This place is terrible the girl there named jessica didnt give me the shape i wanted and she made me drip blood on two fingers and she put super glue in my open wounds so they would stop bleeding which didnt work never going again

Worst place ever in San Jose I got my nails done on a Friday and got my nails Turing all back . Afther I went to tell them and they still wanted to charge me 15 dollars extra for the change off color . Never again Im going back to this place !!
