This was my first time going there on Saturday! I was helped by a very sweet lady name Helen & she did an absolutely amazing job on my nails!💕🥰 I have never been so satisfied with my nails before with all the other places I have tried! 😭 I recommended this nail spot to my friend & she will definitely be going there to see Ms. Helen as well!Thank you for the great service & will definitely be back for all appts in the future 👍🏼😍

Oh geez. I wanted to give them a good review but unfortunately my experiences there havent been good. I have been there several times and each time their work has been half a@#. Last time which was just a few days ago. They passed me down from tech to tech cuz the tech I originally got couldnt help me. All I was getting was either acrylic or silling powder on my real nails. After 3-4 techs I finally got what I thought was dipping powder but was applied like acrylic powder. Which its the wrong technic btw. Crappiest job ever! and high prices too. Think and started coming off the following day. Dont think Ill be heading back there.

They’re great. I love their ability to accommodate for me no matter what time I come. They’re friendly. I love the dip powder. I also love the Omni pedicure. The callous remover is amazing. And so is the 15 minute massage. Very relaxing. Thanks Cathy!

I’ve been looking for months for a good nail salon and this is it! Pena did my gel French manicure and it was amazing. Her technique was spot on!

This is a well run nail salon, reasonably priced, and every time Ive gone its been a good experience. Very clean and (at least to my untrained eye) it appears that good safeguards are in place with regard to safety.

My fingers and toes (not shown) look amazing!! Before, they were dry and flaky; now they look clean and presentable. All were done by Ms. Cathy and Ms. Ann; very nice and welcoming women. Great time talking to them. Check their insta if you want more nail ideas. I just got a mani pedi nail cleaning. Price is reasonable at $70. Will DEFINITELY be coming back! Recommend 10/10.

Set up a great day for my mother to get her nails done.. She was appreciative!

The owner is rude and nosey she will talk about you with the nail tech. When you ask for a pedicure they wash ur feet and thats it no scrubs nothing. When you request them to do so they talk about you. My nails popped off the first week they rush with everything and charge you arm and a leg. Job is awful unprofessional.

I enjoyed going to this nail spa. The workers are good at what they do, theyre efficient and still manage to be polite and friendly. Ive been looking around for a local place to do my nails and I think Im sticking with Omni Nails. I love the design that they did. I picked it out online and she managed to duplicate it perfectly. Only negative comment I do have to say is that, she did cut my cuticle a little to close that I kept bleeding at the spa and a little bit more after. She did apologize plenty of times and I know that stuff happens sometimes. Other than that, my whole experience was good. A job well done. Keep in mind that tips are cash only. They do have an ATM on the premises that charges only $1 fee.

Love this place. They do a good job. Obviously who does your nails matters. Overall, they all do a pretty decent job. Nail design and variety is a plus.

Im giving this place 2 stars because they werent very friendly. I felt like they were just trying to get you in and out. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. my pedicure is pretty good my manicure is not so good they left one of my hands without a top coat so it looks unfinished. Very disappointed.

I was impressed by the service, color options,and commitment to customer satisfaction. Sam did my nails made sure I was happy with the color selection. There was a regular customer who had her infant daughter sitting on her lap. The daughter became a little antsy so one of the ladies who worked there took her and held her until the mom was finished. She was playing with her and walking around to calm her down. It was so awesome to see. I found my new favorite nail salon.

I have been there twice, Tina made beautiful dip in powder manicure.She has been extremely attentive to my personal preferences, payed attention to my requests and did perfect job both times.The shop itself clean and organized.

While I went to the salon on 08/10/2020 i came to take off my nails for new job working in the hospital. I walked towards the entrance and was greeted with “ what would you like us to do for you?” No welcome in or any hospitality. The nail technician told me to sit down so I sat down. As I sat down the rude nosey owner asked me where I got my nails done in a hasty attitude. I’m not sure why it mattered where I got my nails done. The lady sat down and ended up getting the tools out in order to do my nails and take my acrylics off. She took out one fake nail which I was wondering why. She starts buffering the paint off. Then afterwards starts popping off my acrylics with the fake nail from the drawer. I was in so much pain and was showing my feelings by telling her ouch that hurt. Once, the process was complete she said okay that will be $10. If you are going into this “salon” just know they don’t take card so be prepared. I didn’t have cash so ended up paying Venmo. I had to get the app downloaded. Afterwards, the lady gives me her Venmo code for the transaction. I scan the code and tell her I paid. The lady who worked on my nails looks to make sure I actually sent it as if she didn’t believe me. She gives me a look up and down and says okay it went through.I begin leaving and they don’t ever say “thank you for coming, have a great day!” The most uncomfortable, terrible “SALON” I’ve ever been to. The women that work there specifically the owner need to FIX their attitudes. If I knew the technician was going to make my nerves on my hands be in pain so carelessly and not even greet me as a customer. I would’ve taken them off and done the nails myself. This is the lousiest salon I’ve ever been to and will be mentioning this to family and friends!

The girl with the pink hair told me to use a white acrylic powder for my full set, it came out very bumpy and bulky. She mentioned she recently took a class on how to use it, and said its better for white nails, not sure why. I didnt really understand her explanation, but she kept saying it was the same. I usually just get white nail polish on my nails, but instead of painting my nails, she just put a white top coat over the white acrylic powder, something we did not discuss. It was more of a transparent white. Before she started I showed her a picture of what my nails used to look like (done by a nail tech at the same salon) to show her the length and type of square shape i like. Instead, she filed my nails so short and rounded them out, so they look like circle-shaped, short nails. Once I got to my car, and my nails hit the sunlight, you could see all of the grooves and bumps in my nails. Im very disappointed by the outcome. Ive been going to Omni Nails for many years now, but ever since the new management, theyve been hiring so many new people, a lot of them do not understand the level of quality these past nail techs used to provide. Always SAY NO to the white powder. It takes a level of skill, and I feel like I was her tester, and she wanted to provide a new service shes learned in her class, but Im not happy with the product. Always ask for the techs that have been there for a long time, not the new ones. This is the second time theyve disappointed me. 2 weeks ago another new tech did my nails as well and she made my nails so uneven I had to go back and ask them to file them evenly, she acknowledged the mistake and fixed it.

Amazing experience! The reviews are so accurate! I was treated like gold and Susan gave an amazing pedicure! The spa is very clean and everyone was so professional!

Somewhat pricey but their work is excellent. They use sterilized tools and the shop is clean and professional. Totally worth the money. Highly recommend.

I brought myself and my mom here for her birthday. I saw Cathy and she saw Linda. Cathy was amazing and was super gentle and gave incredible customer service! My mom loved Linda and said this was the BEST pedicure shed ever had and I couldnt agree more! We will be back for sure just because of those 2 lovely ladies!

The ladies were really nice and the lady who did my nails did a great job, but she made me bleed. The man at the desk was extremely rude and charged me $35 even though the nail technician said it was $25. He also over charged my friend by $10.

Came here to get my acrylics removed some time ago.. the woman who helped me made it totally painless! Its usually quite a bloody, uncomfortable process lol.

I did acrylic nails with gel for $35. I really got what I paid for, it is relatively cheap but the result was not as perfect as last time when I paid more. But it is alright and the ladies are very sweet!

I love this place and i love that they have many different designs and things that you can do with your nails. If you have your own nail design that you prefer you just let them know and if they can do it for you then they will and they will let you know what the extra charge would be for design. Its not much extra. Recommend omni nails to everyone.The staff is fast and friendly and they do great work. Nails last alongtime.

I thought it was my new nail place until a rude young manager told me at the end of my REFILL it was going to be $45.00 ummm no! Honey Ive been doing my nails for over 20 years and a refill has never cost more than the new set??? Lets be clear the workers are not the reason I dont go there it DEFINITELY was the Manager with green hair.

Had an appointment yesterday for 545 didn’t even get to a chair until 6 let alone get started. Really good mani and pedicure but toenails were chipped in less than 24 hours while my hands are still in perfect condition.

As a male I shouldnt have received a pedicure or manicure treatment. Yet, felt like trying it out. Also, reviewing their service, environment and treatment. Customer service was quick (probably towards the last few business hours) went on a day before Christmas eve. Good and nice employees, yet felt lost and judged due to their conversations on a different language aside from English. Good environment, fresh scent, clean material and equipment. Great treatment, massaging chairs and mini feet spa. Depending on the package treatment, you will enjoy the massage. At the end of the session recheck your toes or nails if any concerns, sometimes they might miss our not done out correctly. Overall, you will get a great treatment and finish relax with soft skin (again..depending on the treatment you pay for) also, pricing is decent. I recommend to give it a try.

They have great prices, service and nail art. The women there are very nice. I plan on returning again

Worst service in my life.. firstly ate his breakfast at the counter.. never washed his hands. Argued with me to how he does things over how i have always had my nails done.. and to top that then told me to go do them myself...

Im really thankful of ladies that they did manicure and pedicure for me ♥️🙏🏻 They let me to have different feelings, the customer service was great 🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻

My sister *was* a regular there and at her referral I gave Omni a few too many chances (a total of 3). The salon reeks of toxicity based on the low grade, non-enviromentally friendly products of Omnis choosing. It is difficult to have a positive outcome as you are unable to agree of what success would look like as only a couple of the nail techs are fluent in English. This requires engagement from the wife of the husband + wife partnership and of the two, she is the least friendly. She sets the tone with the nail tech and patron for a far less than desirable customer experience. Upon leaving Omni for the last time, I filed a compliant against Omni with the State Board for non-compliant nail practices. Many of the nail techs are floaters that come and go between Omni and the salon around the corner with the neon sign advertising the same services at half the price. Im not suggesting you visit there Im simply calling out that you receive the same level of craftmanship at the both places based on the floating nail tech operator. Something to think about if youre like me and expect an eyecatching outcome.

Horrible experience. They were eating when we walked in and didn’t wash their hands. Everything looked dirty and out dated. My nails looked like a toddler painted them. Very unprofessional when I expressed my dissatisfaction.

Went in today to get a simple set of coffin shaped nails with ine little design that was just 2 little stones and one line and the lady said since that is a very difficlut desin that she was going to charge me 60 and the set of nails alonr were 45 got up and left never going there again and on top of it when i walked un they fidnt wanna take me because i had no appoitment worst services

This use to be my go but you have to watch them with the way they charge. You could literally get your nails done the same way two weeks in a row and get charged something differently.
