With my short nails.... they definitely did a great job. I forgot the ladys name who did it for me, I think her name is Shanice or Denise, but shes at the front of the Salon, and she did my nails in the front and she did a great job! Especially with My weird fingers, and short nails.

They were great they treated us with much due respect and they tend to try every need best Salon to go to on the east side thats right Eastside San Jose

I love going to Nail Sensations. It has been my regular salon for years. Joy is the best. She’s always so nice and remembers me. We have built a nice relationship over the years. She always does the best job on my pedicure which needs a lot of maintenance monthly. She is so gentle and gets the job done. I’ve had horrible experiences in other salons which I came out bleeding from.

The staff is great. Its close to home. An the shop is every clean.

The lady who did my nails was aggressive, she pushed too hard and cut my thumb. She also did a horrible job on the shape of my nails, I asked for an almond shape but some of them are longer than the others and some are shorter or more pointy. I explained that I wasnt happy with the shape of some so her bright idea to fix it was filing it down so it resulted in my different shaped nails. I gave this place a shot and regret this decision so much, please save yourself the time and money and avoid this place. The pictures dont capture how crooked and the mismatch of length the nails are but hopefully they help you decided if this place is worth your money.

Been going here for years. They do a great job at a reasonable price. Very clean! Sometimes have to wait when no appt. But thats usually on busy weekends. Get there early if you dont have a lot of time.

As I currently sit here getting the best and longest foot massage, I cant help but say that this is possibly the best nail place Ive been to. Ive been coming for years and love it. You definatly get what you pay for!

Been a client for years. Technicians will go above and beyond to give satisfaction. Sometimes have to wait but thats sign of excellence. If Im time constrained, I call ahead or set appointment.

I was disappointed with this business because when I came to do my acrylic nails I ask them how much will be to take them off and theLady told me that it will be $5.00 and today I came to take them off and they charge me $10.00 I told the lady that last time they told me it was gonna be $5.00 to take them off and she sat it was $10.00 even in the sign they have in front of the cashier they have the price $5-$8... Also in the sign they said one price and and when you paid they charge you more and they don’t give you a receipt of the payment which I don’t think is correct, there should be away to report this issue with the city, because I don’t think is correct that is one price and them they charge you more and also that they don’t give you receipt

They are unorganized and rude. When I went to get my toes done she cut way to much off my toe tail and made the side point so it became an ingrown toe nail. They rush through it all and to top if it when the youngest worker isnt there they are ofd with the eyebrows I gone and had an older lady to do and it was so uneven. I recommended only the eyebrows from this place and make sure the young lady does them.

I just got my nails done last night. I have gone here a couple of times and each time i walked out dissapointed. The manicurist that did my nails was so rough with my hands, she shaved way too much off my nail down, so that my nails are so sore even 1hr later and I have horrible bow designs. they do not even match, not to mention the jeweled center piece has already fallen off. I am very upset with this place. i wil for sure not be going back.

Walked in and they were ready for me, no appointment. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Waited 45 minutes for a pedicure, walked out . Not enough employees, not attentive at all.
