I normally go to Diva Nail on Tully but decided to try this one. I get a natural looking acrylic overlay with gel polish. The nails look fine but the experience was a bit unpleasant. The nail tech was paying attention to other stuff while using the e-file on me, she burned me on my middle finger and thumb on both hands because she would stare off and not pay attention. She also nicked my cuticles on those same fingers. I thought at the end of the service I would get cuticle oil but I didnt. I think Ill stick to the one on Tully.

Well I tooken myself there and my teenager daughter we like to have our nails done and I like to have pedicures the one time I took my daughter there when it was time to pay they tried to add on because her nails were long didnt tell me that in the beginning they dont communicate and they just try to charge you more myself I have other allergies to citrus oranges lemon and lime and sometimes I will use scrubs on my pedicures that have that and I tell them that Im allergic if they can use something else the last time the owner argued with me and told me they couldnt give me any other kind of scrub because I would have to pay more money the sugar scrub and I told him one other associate put the coconut scrub and he said that I would have to pay more that that was not the right thing to do for me that this time theyll do it but next time theyll have to charge me for the coconut scrub additional charge I will never go back there never!!!!!!r they overcharge you they dont tell you they dont communicate to you they dont care about your health they dont care if you have any allergies to anything I tried to substitute it theyre just thinking of money money and not trying to make the client happy or take care of the client needs I dont recommend this place stay away!!!!!!

I loved my experience. Very relaxing. I nearly fell asleep during the rose and stone pedicure. I took my 15 year old in for her first time getting acrylics, as a birthday gift and the woman despite my daughter being a teenager and not knowing what its like to get her nails done the woman Lily, did her nails in such a thoughough manner you would have thought my daughter was a critic. The way business is handled there is very professional. The establishment is clean, and quiet. The bathroom was beautiful. They use plastic covers and gloves between customers and the visible autoclave gives the feel they keep sanitary conditions up to par. The price is typical, not competitive by any means. The end work was great, my daughter was beyond happy.

I have been coming to Diva for a few years. They are really sweet and do a great job. They make you feel welcome and safe. Look forward to my pampering sessions.

Been coming here since they opened and their quality has gone down. Today I had the gentleman do my nails for the 1st time. He cut the 1st nail very short after asking him to keep the length and file round. They tried to make it right by gluing a fake nail on which looks horrible. Too busy talking to each other and neglecting customer service.

A little pricy with extra service they encouraged .

I made an appointment, took 30 minutes to get me seated. The guys started doing my nails and kept getting distracted with working the front desk too. Then they sent me over to a different lady. Charged me $55 for this set. I think it was supposed to be an ombré? Overpriced if you ask me. I’d go elsewhere. The place is nice and clean and have relaxing music so I gave it a star because of that.

Worst manicure I’ve had. Went there on Sunday and as of today (4 days later) this is how the nail polish looks like. All cracked. Wasn’t happy from the beginning but this was such a waist of money. Not to mention that the p rain who did it was doing it like if she was doing me a favor. Didn’t paint the nails close to the cuticles and so now looks like I did it s while ago and my nails just grew. Very disappointed

This is a pretty nice nail salon, I’m always satisfied with my Manicures and Pedicures. I really like that the salon is always clean.

It was ok, the young lady did 3 coats of gel polish and in 3 days the polish started to chip. Went back to have it fixed which she did but next day the other nails chipped and cracked? Didnt even last a week. Had to go elsewhere to pay again.

Didnt get what i wanted, cause they didnt understand me, and wanted to charge me 15 dollars more ontop of my 40 dollars i was going to pay, for putting glitter on my tip of my nail, so she put it all over my nail, didnt make sense to me, why would she charge me more, just for the tip, so i just said go ahead do all the nail then, but dont get me wrong the did look nice, but not what i wanted.

Stressful pedicure! I was given a very inexperienced guy and he hurt my feet and made the whole experience pretty negative. I would not go back.

I made an appointment and still had to wait for over 45 minutes to get my nails done. My nails were bumpy and chunky. They started lifting and breaking after 1 week, and they are mostly off now... it has only been 2 weeks. I will not return here & I don’t recommend them for manicures.

Tammy was the one to do my nails and i cant express how gorgeous they look! Just like the pictures on instagram! I did a walk in and it was honestly last minute but my nails are on point and drop dead gorgeous

I got the gel polish and a regular pedicure here. Polish was done beautifully and lasted long. I did get an injury from a tool and they only take cash.

Inconsistent service. Sometimes really great, often times unwelcoming. Today ( 1/2/20) Im very frustrated. I went for a fill, they said there were no nail technicians working because they are on vacation. Why are they open?!!! The salon is attractive, seems clean but the service is off putting. Also, they do an okay job filling but if you want something special, you should look elsewhere.

When I walked in the first thing I saw was how beautifully it was decorated. Then I was met for my appointment, signed in and had a seat. The salon was so quite. So clean. Smelled great! Decorate with chocolate massaging chairs--real messaging chairs (9), high ceiling with stained glass-white and yellow glass. Nail stations were so clean. All neatly dressed in the same uniform. And did I say they were quite. Every now and then you would here the ladies speaking to one another. They actually had conversations with their clients, but quietly. I have never been to a salon so nice, so clean and so quite. Soft music streaming throughout the salon. They have sold me. Its located right next to the new GNC and new Safeway on Cottle Rd. Give it a try and you will fall in love also. They are the Divas

My gel nails look nice but she was rough, and when she took off my old set she damaged my skin. They cut my cuticles way too much and now, a few days after, my skin looks pretty rough and dry unless I put lotion on constantly. I think she put my hands under the UV light for too long or was too rough with my skin because it was painful when my nails were curing. I did not ask for the paraffin wax and I told them I didn’t want any extras, but they gave me it without asking and charged me more after. They also skipped the hand massage that was supposed to be included even though the friends I was with got one. I asked for them to have four seats for our reservation and they only had three, so one girl rushed through two of the four of us, leaving both of my friends with bad manicure. The end product I got looks good but my friends didn’t get something as nice and it was too expensive for the service. i wouldn’t come back here there are better places nearby for the same price.

Great job did what I asked for

The salon is clean, comfortable, and the staff is courteous. I had an express pedicure and acrylic tips with gel polish. The pedicure was done well and my toes look great. My finger nails look great from the top, however from the side they stick up and do not follow the natural curve of the nail. I hoping that as my natural nail grows out this will be remedied. However I still find this extremely irritating because they charged $5.00 extra for the stiletto shape. Overall this is a nice salon and I would recommend it.

Nails perfect everything. Natural looking and very soothing music. Staff with great customer service and love how you can see the sterilizer for instruments being used. Love this place.

The service is very professional. No across the chairs banters or conversations! They wear a uniform and they show you the menu before they do work. I got a pedicure that was $29 and it included a 7 minute massage - she set a timer, showed me that shes setting a timer, and I got a great 7 minutes massage 😏. Everything was efficient and clean! I found my new place for nails!

Thrilled to have found such a wonderful nail salon so close to home. Everything was very clean and I noticed on the menu that it says once you become a regular ( 3 visits) you get your own tools that they will use when you come in. I love that. Less chance of getting someone elses fungal infection., Couldnt be happier and will be back .

This place is great! Sadly, I moved far away so I cant go here anymore, but Id come back if I could!

My favorite place out of all the places Ive been to in last 3 years. Ive been going here about a year.I usually go get my gels done every two weeks. Most of girls are nice and skilled. I ask for Van when I make appointment. Im bit picky side when it comes to thickness and finish on my nail. I never had problem with Van. You can tell she has skills and very good knowledge how to do things right.

She rushed, it hurt and when there were random black specks on my nails her reaction was oh you okay with this? She asked this AFTER she has already put wax on my hand like shes finished already. Never going to Helen again. When I told her about it and she starts getting frustrated like Im talking nonsense. Usually theyre great. Its not like I just walked in, had an appt and she still rushed. Dont go to Helen.

I came here for a pedicure. Solid work. A bit pricey. But overall okay. If we are honest there are much better options in the South Bay. Happened that this place was convienent so I gave them a try.

Poor, rude service. When I complained because they hurt me during a pedicure the tech continued to do the same thing. Finally I demanded she stop and found that I was bleeding. I received no apology, instead told I was too sensitive. Being sensitive doesnt cause bleeding. Two days later the same toe developed cellulitis. I had to add a doctor visit and antibiotics to my pedicure bill.After watching after other customers left and seeing that they didnt clean the pedicure bowls between customers, Im not surprised. Just because they put a plastic liner down doesnt mean they dont have to clean the bowls between customers. As any healthcare worker can tell you, even hospital grade gloves dont stop all bacteria from getting through. And the bowls are wet when the remove the liner, so bacteria is going both ways.

Hot stone massage was cold and more like a brushing than a massage. They also dont get the paint close to the cuticles so it grows out faster

I wanted to know what theyre prices were for a full set quicklike, when I first walked in, the smell of the salon was so strong I had to leave the door open. Im surprised people even tolerate that, especially with theyre kids waiting around. I asked the a girl in the front how much and she replied, full set is 40 with gel, with color is 35 and w no color is 30 I only rated based off the ambience. That is all.

When this nail salon first open it was a professional organization because management was present, they treat customers poorly now, the service has diminished over the last 6 month and the staff has become unprofessional . The individual personalized customer service no longer exist

This is the 2nd time I have come in to this location to have a mani/pedi. This place has only been open for 3 months and they have sold me! The owner(s) of the salon have created a place and service that is premium. I say that because of these reasons, this place is new and very clean! It smells good, the environment in the salon is very soothing and peaceful and the women who work there a very sweet. Once you are in the massage chair,( yes ladies USE the massage chairs they are new and totally awesome) the service begins by two women; one to give you the mani and one to give you the pedi. As soon as they start it is amazing how many awesome products they use, the fragrance of these products is just incredible, you really feel like you are on an island. Sit back, close your eyes and they will proceed to clean, shape, massage, sugar scrub, hot rock massage (if you have never had this before you must try it, it is simply divine!) paraffin wax and various other little tricks that they have to make your experience perfect. Then they apply your paint perfectly.The prices may seem a little high here but to me the service is well worth it, it is the ole saying you get what you pay for I challenge anyone who goes in and gets these services that you will be completely pleased. Also, the women who work there are not annoying in that they dont talk across the room and over you to each other in their own language. They are soft spoken, respectful and caring, they are there to do their work not gossip about customers or themselves.I sit there and think of the woman who probably came up with all of these ideas and the tools and products that they use and I just want to thank her personally for knowing just how pampering and wonderful to the senses this place is, everything in the salon was well thought out.You will want to bring cash to tip or there is an ATM machine in order to get your cash which is only a $1. I have a feeling that this place is going to get very busy once word is out. I have spent many years in many nail salons and have figured out what I love and dont love about the experience and this place is it, so thank you to the owners and workers there you have really made this place special!
