They delivered our furniture during the time range they stated they would. Tracking the shipment was a little tricky. First it said it would arrive on the 19th, then 20th, then 21st and eventually it arrived on the 19th, but that was to the warehouse. Then I had to reach out to them to schedule a delivery, but first the furniture had to be transferred to their home delivery branch. The nice thing was when I did eventually connect with the home delivery team, they let me know it was being prepared for a delivery the next day and the delivery time was provided. One of the boxes had damage, but it looks like it didn’t affect the merchandise.

These folks are the best- theyre easy to deal with & ready to help. With dismay we discovered that a large shed wed been awaiting delivery on had actually been sitting at Home Depot in San Jose for the past 10 days. It was frustrating because we consequently lost our helper (to put it up before rain comes) to another job. Estes found out about Home Depots error and squeezed us in: less than 24 hours later, they had picked it up and delivered it to us. This wasnt easy - we live off a very windy road in a rural area in the Santa Cruz mountains, but they rallied beforehand by lining up a smaller truck to handle the job. Their driver Jose was great, super friendly & a pro. Hats off though to Jasmine in the office, who so kindly set up this stat delivery for us. If you EVER need anything moved or delivered, just call her.Theyre careful, conscientious & they know what theyre doing. Plus, theyre super pleasant. I usually dont get around to leaving reviews but this time its a must. Fast & friendly: it just doesnt get any better than this.

Delivery of a 350 lb bathroom vanity was in the hands of one Delivery guy. My 52 female neighbor had to help him get the vanity up 4 steps onto my porch. I paid to have it placed inside my house. I now have a huge vanity on my porch...and not in my house. Delivery fee was reimbursed by home depot..and I was told to hire someone to move it. And...a toilet was supposed to be delivered yesterday.... no phone call and impossible to contact. Im never depending on Delivery service hired by home depot. Ill go to some shops to buy big items that they care enough to see their products delivered.

Delivered with little delay. But delivered. Happy to use them.

Estes is the best trucking company we have used- by far! I work in my sons 3-person company (Im actually retired). Estes gave us great pricing about 9 months ago. In exchange we use them for everything we ship out. They cover the entire United States. We shipped out 31 drums of product yesterday with them and 29+ today. The online tools are outstanding.-Keith

Olivia from ESTES San Jose CA terminal was very helpful. She was pleasant and easy to work with. We had two AC Shipments from East Coast and she made sure to provide us the updates along the way and final arrival schedule. This process was very informative and helped us schedule an installation appointment in a timely manner without any delay nor rescheduling. I have been trying to find out what happened to my one piece of freight, that was supposed to be delivered to me on Monday Dec. 9,2019. I was told it had arrived late and would be available for me to will call it on Tuesday. I asked them to call me when it was ready, but nobody called. I called back on Wednesday and after 40 minutes sitting on hold, I was told they could not find my material. We are now into Thursday and I have checked back with the Estes people and STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN FOUND!!! I can honestly say that I will not use this freight company in the future. I have informed the company that I ordered the material from to NEVER use Estes on my orders again

I really like working with them. We work sometimes with San Jose and sometimes with Los Angeles offices. We didnt have any problem till now. It has been 3 years since we have been working with them. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks for making shipments easier!

Theres nothing this carrier cannot accomplish. Staff is professional and courteous when discussing anything. My delivery showed up on time and the products condition looked just like it left the factory, pristine.

Called to ask about my shipment and got courteous, knowledgeable information from Greg, who helped me find out what to expect. Havent yet made an appointment for final delivery but service up to now very good.

The entire crew at Estes are a first class act! I have been a longtime customer of theirs and appreciate all that they do for us - from last minute requests, following up with any issues, amazing customer service and such friendly and personable staff! I cant tell you how much I value having them as a freight carrier - they always deliver for me time and time again! Highly recommend; you wont be disappointed!

I purchased a fireplace at Home Depot and decided to order it online for delivery because my husband and I are unable to lift or carry something this large. I paid $55 in shipping fees and was told it was going to deliver on January 8th. We live in a senior living mobile home park and when I came home from doing errand in December 30th. I found it sitting in my driveway. So much for paying to have it delivered so that an able bodied person could lift it for us. Worse delivery service I have ever experienced. Apparently you don’t train your drivers to pay attention to details such as where they leave products. They could have at least brought it to my door which was 3 steps up. Policy or no policy, when you deliver a heavy item to a senior living place, leaving it in the driveway is simply bad service.

No fault of this shipping company, but logistics with shipper was lacking. Estes was flexible on allowing will call pickup, and helped to load the shipment into my vehicle.

Always friendly always ready to help you and make your shipping needs easier, been using ESTES for years and they always make it happen. Would I recommend them? CERTAINLY

Ive used Estes several times in the past few months, and every time Ive reached out to them via email, phone, or in person - they have been very quick to respond, and helpful.

Absolute worst customer service. I will never use this carrier again. They provided confirmation 6 days in a row and continue to put out the delivery date. Theyve had the shipment at their facility since Thursday and have called every day to confirm delivery for the next day. It is now Tuesday and they are confirming for Thursday.Absolutely ridiculous!
