The driver bangs on our construction trailer door and runs away before we can open the door. The door wasnt even locked. There are 4 people here and 40 more on site. Busy !In his haste to run off, he pulls away from the wrong curb and forces a car on the correct side of the street to honk at him.We called TForce because we saw it on his back. The knucklehead on the phone didnt listen and was even less helpful. No wonder Im the 7th 1-star rating !!
Never been there but yet the drivers of their company try to run over my animals on my street its a quart when my animal was crossing the street face Fed Up and almost nailed it I called the company its been a week havent heard anything from the company. Thats what kind of company they run not to mention the drivers flip you off.
I had a package from Google thwt was to be delivered by them. The delivery note claims no one was available at the door to sign the package - and everyone was home, and no one heard a knock or a door bell. There is no way to leave a feedback online either. Seeing g that others have had the same experience, Id ask Google to consider other delivery services.
I waited at my business for a shipment. Allegedly, the shipper arrived, but never attempted to knock on the door nor call. I called the companys customer service and I was told that they were not able to contact the driver because the driver was not answering their phone.A simple knock on the door or a phone call would seem to be part of having common sense, but I guess common sense is not common. Worst company ever. Package is 3 days late! Called the company and driver promised me to call me when he was going to deliver THIRD time(there’s a college dorm mailroom and the package required signature. He missed college mailroom hours TWICE), and guessed what? He NEVER did. VERY VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!
Terrible service: delivery delayed for 1 week already with no clear communication or updates. My feeling theyve lost my package.
