Just needs better ways keeping up with the place other than that I like to wash n dry here make sure washer puts out enough amount had to add water

A lot of washer and dryer out of order. Lots of mess all over the floor and some in the washer. They do have a restroom BUT!!! u gotta call first?? What i hate the most is the water and dryer temperature. It doesnt even matter if u choose cold or warm, the water is HOT! and d same thing for the dryer. No Med, low or for delicates. Again, just HOT. Or high temp! So, if youre very particular on how you wash ur clothes...this place is not for you.

Big washers and dryers, not too busy on a Sunday, lot of available machines of different sizes.No soap available to buy.Only quarters accepted, no cards.Quarter machines keep stealing some money. I put in a $5 bill and it returned me only $4.5. Stole 50 cents. Then I put in few $1 bills it returned a quarter less. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. BEWARE.

They do pretty good keeping everything operational, and the have tvs.....

It’s a hit or miss with this place.... this is the closest laundromat to me.. I wish the owner could be more aware of the conditions of this place! It does get busy from time to time and still unsure why the issues don’t get fixed. Washers work fine tho I’ve noticed if you select the cold setting it does not work it’s the opposite it gives out hot scorching water. As for the dryers most of them don’t work, it consists of 38 dryers and maybe only 12 work. It can be a waste of money and time. This place seems to not be getting cleaned on the daily basis tho some customers can be at fault because they don’t clean up after themselves. A few months ago there was a person who was newly hired and had this place clean and tidy, it was nice coming in to clean place but I think he is no longer working here because the place went back to its old ways. ATTENTION owner it’s maybe time to look into your reviews and address every single machine in your laundromat, we as the customer pay for the service and we demand for the machine to be in working conditions otherwise place out of order signs or have them handy for the customer to put up.Right now we’re finding out if dryers work by either word of mouth or spending money finding out.

Stayed in the area for a week, had to do some laundry. Alot of stores to choose from, brings back some memories.

Down right slum. No soap everything is gross. Bathroom is locked, attendant is never there and half the machines dont work. Not much cleaning going on there either. Avoid this place!

I was maybe 4 minutes past when my load would have finished and the staff decided to put all of my stuff in a cart, leave it randomly the facility and drop underwear on the floor next to the washer. This is in the middle of a pandemic.

Love this place!! there is not alot of people and its near a doller tree..theres flames restaurant near by...could be cleaner and needs the ownership around but other then that its my go to Laundromat

Horrible! Alot of the machines dont work and theres no one working to re Emburst you ! Theres a ph.# that you can call speak to some one and guess what theyre just as bad as the machines dont work.# last time I wash use this laundromat.# spread the word dont go here!!!

So ghetto!!! Other people inside weren’t wearing a mask, when I went to check on my clothes my machine was open and some of my clothes were on the floor

Early opening / closing hours.This laundromat is very clean.Plenty of parking.If you need laundry soap theres a couple of stores within walking distance.

No Hot Water!!! curled and yellow out of order signs. There is no hot water. WTHeck?! What are you paying 2.5$- 6$ a load for? Seriously...no...hot...water...!!!

Update: a week later, the hot water is still out, and now the coin changers are both out of order. Nope, Im not made of infinite patience. Downgraded to 2 stars. At least they dont just mug you and steal your clothes, but you wont get your wash clean here without hot water. Or change. Or working machines. It has so much potential, its a shame the owner is so irresponsible.Its such a nice, clean place. The machine I tried ate my money and wouldnt start, but when I contacted the number on the wall, I got an immediate response, and ultimately, a refund in a timely manner. Cant say the malfunction was any maintenance issue, its just a worn out latch/interlock and needs a better repair person that doesnt just fix it once and walk away.Owner should be diligent about flagging non-working machines with out of order signage, though.I feel fairly sure that most of the people leaving reviews only do it because of a negative experience, which will be plentiful if you dont flag machines as non-working. I actually wanted to leave a review because this is FAR from the worst laundromat Id been to, and the owner/manager is responsive and reasonable. Definitely not deserving of the awful review. In the end, I got my wash done with just a little more time spent than Id like, nothing lost.

Clean laundromat and friendly management. Gave me a free wash and dry after losing some coins. Will definitely keep coming back to storePlenty of parking and almost all machines are working (unlike other stores) .

This place discriminates against service animals. I have my papers for my dog and she still forced me to leave without retrieving my things! It is dirty,, the spin cycle dosent work and the people are rude! Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. Youll regret it if you dont. They have been reported to ADA San Jose!!!

If I could give this place a half a star I would. Almost all the washers are out of order no exaggeration. Then the one that I pick to use took my money. I tried calling to see if I can get my $4.50 back and the number they have listed has a busy signal. Oh and the coin/change machines are out of order as well. Do not come here!!!!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. They have more washers then dryers working. They have about 16 out of 36 dryers working. There are three of us waiting to dry our cloth. I am leaving with wet cloth to find another place to dry my cloth. I am Never coming here again. By the way just so you know, there is no HOT water😲. My cloth was cold and dint wash right because of that. 😠

I thought since I just had to dry a few things in the morning that I might be ok to use this laundromat.Nope. It was early am, so no crowds, I did notice a lot of machines out of order.I tossed my clothes in the first empty dryer, went to put the coins in only to find black duct tape over the coin slot.The next drier I tried shorted minutes off my dry time.There are more cleaners in this area than laundromats. Otherwise this place would be closed.A quarter to dry isnt such a great deal when you only get 5 minutes of dry time!

Friendly people, nice and clean, efficiency washing machine, sufficient space.

Came here the other day at 8pm they close at 10 to ppl inside but doors locked and 2 non employes but friend of employee (who looked like they do drugs ) said they are closeing early then the lady rita who said she is part owner is closing because she has to go to a funeral in the morning. So i come in the next day @7:45 am to find that same lady here who said she had a funeral in the morning here working

Please dont do your laundry there to many broken machines and they dont return your money.do not bother calling the phone number listed on the wall its a recording no one return your calls or money. very dissapointed.gave one star but in reality its half.

I WILL NEVER EVER WASH my clothes here!! Thought I’d come here due to being near my home but ended up highly disappointed. Washers are dirty and some don’t even work! No customer service whatsoever! Avoid yourself a headache.

I come hete every other week and I change up my washers with every visit, bc they dont seem to work and take my money. I got fed up with one of the washers because i spent 6.25 and put my detergent in amd the washer dis not turn on. I asked for a refund from the guy who manages the laundromat and he told me its my loss. I had told him theyre wad no sign in giving or was broken and he said oh well. I Came 2 weeks later and used another washer and turned the settings to hot. The water was never hot to begin with. I informed the manager amd he started yelling at me that I cant get my money back because he has no money to give me. I asked very kindly because Im not one for confrontation. he was throwing his hands up and making a scene Geelong at me that he doesnt have money. Save yourself time.. dingy come to this place. I kept calling the number on the window and have yet to receive a call back.

I would give this place a negative 100 if I could. 95% of the machine dont work 95% of the time. The owner dont beleive in up keeping their machines. Save your self the trouble and find another laundromat.

Plenty of washers arent working. Workers close early, or dont know what time it is and will tell you its closing time. Recently changed hours with zero signage. Used to be conveniently located but Ill avoid it from now on.

Very dirty and more then half of all machines are broken. I would shut this place down.

This place just takes your money and the machines don’t work!!! When you try to contact them, the number is wrong and they are nowhere to be found!!! This is just a place to get robbed!!!
