My husband got my engagement ring here and said the woman spent a ton of time with him going through books and showing him different diamonds to pick out the right one. It is perfect. We got our wedding bands there together and had a great experience as well. The owners are the sweetest and their little dog Lambo just lights up my day when we go in. Anytime we come in they always clean and buff my ring and it just looks even more gorgeous. We highly recommend this local business.

Unexpectedly wonderful experiences and I learned so much from Megan and Jonathan in the process! They helped GIA-certify my grandmothers beautiful Spinel stone and they did a bunch of small repairs for me. Not long after all of that, I had them create a custom ring, which was the biggest treat of all: I had saved stones from various jewelry over the years and always wanted a memento ring of them. I like very contemporary, assymetric stuff and it seems these two can do ANYthing from very traditional to very modern. Megan nailed it in the design phase and Jonathan nailed it in the construction phase. They were friendly, informative and surprisingly affordable too. Just overall an incredible experience and they will be my absolute go-to for anything and everything jewelry. Highly recommended!

I think I was there back in 2019: I went there one time to get a necklace repaired after my failed attempt at fixing it myself 😅 I remember the service being superb, and they did a great job making my necklace look good as new! 😊 If I ever get any of my delicate jewelry broken, I would definitely go back there! 👍🏻I also remember being greeted by a sweet little yorkie dog when I first walked in, so that was a definite highlight of my experience too! ❤️

If you want quick and honest service go elsewhere. This business gave me the run around multiple times. My advice is, whatever product you have get it engraved from the manufacturer. Went in to get my knife engraved on a Thursday. They said that it should be ready within 48 hours and that they would call me if they had any mounting issues (never called). I walk in Monday afternoon to pick it up and they said that it will be ready that afternoon, they would call me when it’s done (again never called). Ended up calling that afternoon 30 minutes before closing and they said to pick it up tomorrow when we open. So, next day I walk in and it isn’t ready, finally an hour later it was finished. It looks good but they engraved my name on the back of the main blade when I specified that I would like to have the front of the smaller blade engraved which is was. They offered to buff it out but who knows how long that would of taken. As a business, if you cannot keep your promises and simply tell the truth then you will lose customers.

I trust them with my finest jewelry. They did a terrific job restoring the antiquing on our wedding bands from 1974. They take care to size rings around engraving and let you look at your diamond before you leave so you can identify it later. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services. I couldnt be happier with their work!
