Walked into store started looking at items. Greeted by new hire and asked what I like and pieces to try on. Very friendly. Picked a very special piece and proceeded to purchase piece by financing by store credit. I was helped by all three associates in store. Very helpful and it all worked out.

Very pleasant store. Greeted when entering. Soha very polite and professional i felt welcomed, and when I was in there everyone in the store was so nice and in a great mood even if I was having second thoughts because of payments they helped me get approved and with a low monthly payment

So I went here yesterday after someone told me that they really liked this store and I should stop by because they had a nice selection. I was anxious to see for myself; however when I arrived at the store and started looking around I was disappointed because not once did the guy and lady sitting by the register ever stop conversating or attempt to help me look at anything. Poor customer service and not very friendly at all. Needless to say I left without ever being helped and I honestly would not go back here ever because who wants to go to a store and spend money where they dont value their customers.
