Both times Ive been in this store Ive met little old ladies who have driven miles because they only trust him to work on their prized pieces.Made it easier to trust him with my wifes wedding ring, which he did a beautiful job on. And then with her pearls after our little girl snapped them off their string.Im sure well be back...

Pretty bad experience. I have brought numerous rings in to get sized over the years. There is an older and younger gentleman whom work here. The younger man gives better service and sticks to his word on prices. Yesterday I was charged double for getting two rings sized down, of course by the older man. I bring in good business, you keep the gold from the cut down, and you charge me double from what yo had said the day before!? I wont be going here anymore. Not good business at all.

Supposedly they coated my ring with gold and I paid them $40.00 for that however my ring turned black again & they wouldnt do anything about it. So theyre rip off artist.
