I was looking for the best window and gutter cleaning company in my area, And I decided to hire Cravin Clean Windows! They were here on time, the estimate they gave me was fair, and easy to understand. I had concerns about the clay tile roofing being damaged by work they would be doing, and Mike patiently explained to me the procedure for working safely on this type of roof without causing damage. He also told me the benefits of the techniques, and how it makes them the best! Not only in San Jose but the entire bay area. Its easy see his decade plus of experience on the job has made him a highly skilled expert. I was shocked to see the windows and gutters look so amazing!After they finished I was sent a short video that showed before and after pics that was really cool. I had no doubt that I got what I paid for and even a bit extra. I will definitely have them back again, and recommend this company if your looking for a quality service at a fair price. This was the best experience Ive had by far with a home service business!

Cravin Clean Windows was amazing from start to finish. The best window cleaning service i have had since I moved to San Jose! I would recommend them if your looking to have your windows or gutters cleaned. Shawn is an expert at what he does and you can tell that he is very skilled, and experienced. He explained what the procedure woul entail in a way I could understand and the pricing was very fair for the amount of work that was done.

I had Shawn to help us clean the gutter and downspout. While chatting through Yelp. He response clearly and timely. He is very professional with the work. Patient and careful, to make sure all things done with high quality. He also took before-after photos, which helps to see the changes. Will consider letting him help clean the window next time :)

The only window cleaning company that actually made sure that we were satisfied before they left and made sure that we knew that they were mainly concerned with quality and us being satisfied with the work! I would highly recommend this company especially when it comes to window cleaning. Second time I have used Shawn twice now; once for my small office building and once for my home. Both times he was punctual, conscientious and his price was reasonable. I will call him next time.

When I found this company I was so suprised how easy it was to communicate and explain my project to them! Very knowledgeable about not only windows but the home service industry in general. Shawn made our windows sparkle ! And the price was avg. For the industry but thats a bargain when you see the level of quality in the work they do !

We couldnt have been more impressed with the professional and honest service we had today by Cravin Clean! The last company was never on time and wouldnt even call to let us know. Thats why we decided to try a different cleaning service this time around. Not only did the supervisor call to let us know that they were on theyre way, they arrived early! Talked with me about the details to make sure we were satisfied with the finished product, and they even went the extra mile and dusted the cobwebs that we get in the corners of our ceiling! My mother lives in these senior housing condos and loves to have the windows sparkling clean and despite being very picky she was impressed with the job and how each employees attitude was happy to help with anything little extra help she had asked for. We will be recommending Cravin Clean to our neighbors and definitely have them back in a few months! Thank you for such a great service.

A 1 star is really too kind. Shawn is one of the worse business people I have ever met. We talked on the phone- everything seemed great and then he disappeared. In my opinion he will not last long in any business.

I do think the only thing that kept this from a 1 star is I hope and know Shawn is a decent person. Just in a rough spot.

When Cravin Clean showed up the week after we were on the schedule we were so impressed with the proffessional attitude the fair pricing that was very easy to understand and very honest. We were suprised when they suggested we wait to get our gutters cleaned to save us an unnecessary waste of money. The integrity of the work was the most impressive part alongside the qualuty and effort that was shown on the job! I would recommend this company to everybody. Thanks you guys!

If leaving 0 stars was an option I would. I met with Shawn Cravin to clean my windows of a property I owned. He showed up over 20 minutes late- did not apologize and was quite frankly rude. Will never do business with and I am still looking
