For the most part, they have been pretty reliable, but they did not pick-up the rubbish container on Friday (my normal pick-up). It was Fathers Day weekend, and I was expecting the kids, so I wanted the place to look nice. Could not mow the lawn; trim bushes; pick-up fallen fruit from the trees, etc. because my filled bin was sitting on the curb awaiting pick-up. After 3 calls to see if my bin (and the entire neighborhood) bins would be picked up on Saturday, I was told no problem. It was a problem. The driver did not arrive until late Saturday making a clean-up before Fathers Day impossible. Thank you Recology

Free large item pickups are great. Drivers are courteous in my experience. They have even come back around to get my trash when I forgot one morning!

OK describes it. Once or twice a year, they miss picking up a bin. They will not refund for non-delivery of services, even if they do not actually follow through with their late remedial pick-up promise after you bring it to their attention. And they are lax in picking up extra materials next to the bin. If you have a complaint, call; their web site is for promotional value only. Even changes of service get botched (the garbage-bin downsize was accomplished, but the extra recycling bin was a no-show). I assume that this translates into a bargain for the city in rates.

Horrible service. Sometimes the driver dont show up at all that we face to call in and request the garbage to be picked up. Sometimes the garbage cans are not completely empty and left with half of the stuffs still remain inside. When we called for a special pick up and were promised the things will get picked up, we ended up finding nothing is picked up even including our own house hold garbage can and the recycling stuffs. This thing has been going on for many months now. What can I do?

Called the phone line multiple times to have them redeliver the garbage bin that was taken away along with garbage. No response for redelivery even though they keep promising it will be today today!!! still waiting. locked into them for garbage collection but their customer service needs to be better!!

Their website is a complete joke. Paying bills online is a nightmare. First its a pain to set up an online account, then they de-activate the online account no reason. They asked to re-enroll again which is impossible as website keeps failing with message as Information is invalid.

Driver sometimes doesnt pick up bins and when they do, they dont empty it all the way or leave trash in the street that we have to clean up. Not very good service and its sad there arent other options so you wouldnt be forced to use them.

Not impressive at all,Recycle bin and garbage bin got picked up before noon time, but yard waste bin not even picked up @5:15pm, always being late...not sure, this was caused by their schedule or not.

Lousy Customer Service! Put on hold for more than 5 minutes three times on a Tuesday morning at 10:00 am and then directed to a answering machine each time!! Need to either dump their motto of people, service etc etc or start ACTING on it!!!
