Stars Junk was absolutely great! After procrastinating on getting rid of an old mattress while I was moving out, I messaged many businesses for a same day removal. They responded in under 5 minutes and were there 30 minutes later to pick it up! They even adjusted their arrival time to when I could make it. These guys were great. Showed up in time. The job was the removal of a large built-in refrigerator. This took much longer than anticipated but the guys were very cautious of our floors and got everything figured out. All along they were extremely polite and professional. Contacted Stars on their website about 10am on a Saturday, by 2pm they had a crew out to pick up the remnants of a deck build, old auto parts and some more general junk. Guys were quick, friendly and very competitively priced. 10/10 will use again.

I have always been able to manage my families moves and everything that goes with it but this time we must downgrade. It was a very difficult decision what to keep and what to part with. The job of disposal got bigger and bigger and I knew I needed help. Calling around for quotes was an all day event and some of them were adding fees so the first quote was just an estimate. I couldn’t afford to hire a price range and things were not looking good. Then I called Stars Junk. I spoke to a gentleman, Claudio, who gave me a quote. No hidden fees. I took a picture of what I had set aside and described the larger pieces. Claudio booked me a pick up time and was very patient and understanding when I called back to cancel and go with another company that quoted me a lower price. He suggested I double check and find out if that’s the price for the pictured items as well as the large items I described. I called the other company and sure enough it was only for the pictured items. I can’t imagine what I would have done if I had hired this mover and found out the the price is double or they wouldn’t take my stuff. I called Claudio back and he helped me reschedule a better time for the pickup, his crew arrived right on time, and they loaded up that truck in no time at all.
