Friendly staff, great work, reasonable prices. Im always nervous about going to the dentist, so it really helps when the staff are friendly and accommodating. I can only speak to Dr. Irina, but the work she does is always top notch. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Dont Use-Bad Service Medical approved them, so took brother in law over there for first appt. Said need 4-6 weeks for medical approval for dentures. Had to call twice, and then they said they had called us for appt. It took them two months to get this done. At the appt. they said patient had to pay $1000 extra for lab fee before they start procedure. I asked them why this was not disclosed at the first appt. for denture exam. They said they would send a request to medical for lab fee approval. Then they said we have to get it approved. I spoke to Medical, and they said lab fee is included. Medical needs to cancel North Capitol Dental care for Medical, and take appropriate action against North Capitol Dental Care.

We had such a horrible experience at this Dental Office. The staff and Office Manager was harassing us and just wanting more and more money for unwarranted services. my work covered the Insurance, this Office Manager wanted extra co-pay in cash. That made me very skeptical and when I questioned him, he started to be very argumentative. Please avoid this scam dentist, just do not go there, there are so many other dentist who are very honest and provide excellent Customer Services.

My family and I had a horrible experience Capitol Dental Care. Staff and Office Manager were extremely rude, unprofessional. Office Manager was asking for cash payments for the services which was already paid by insurance company. That made me very skeptical about this dental office, they are scam and dishonest. Pls take a caution before going to this dental office. They will scam you in extra charges, bills and only want to take cash payments, NO RECEIPT!!

I am really impressed with Dr. Dorlikar. I had a deep cavity in one of my lower teeth, which almost required a root canal that would easy cost around $1750 as per Dr. Irina’s initial investigation. I eventually ended up having a restoration. I think Dr. Dorlikar did a very nice job with it saving my tooth.

North Capitol Dental Care is the best place in San Jose Bay Area one stop shop (Dental & Ortho Work) for individuals or entire family dental care. I was blessed to find Dr. Irina Ganzha and her staff as they are very professional, caring, quality work, and excellent follow up recommendations on treatment plans available. Even if a patient is afraid to see the dentist Dr. Ganzha will handle the situation very professional so that the patient becomes comfortable and able to have necessary dental work recommended. ☺👍 God Bless
