Friendly and efficient staff. Wait time is minimal. Folks usually back in, load, and go. Very rarely do I have to wait for a spot to pull in.

Nice people... except one guy...he rides HD, he has long fringe and stupid attitude....he is probably unfulfilled tire dealer.. maybe Im wrong...

By far this is our goto tire supplier, when it comes to having tires in stock or at most a few days out we can always rely on ATD.

Terrible. Just absolutely terrible. Its no wonder they had to file bankruptcy. One of the worst, most disorganize tire companies I have dealt with. Trying to get an account changed over from previous ownership to new ownership was an exercise of people chasing their tails that turned into needing a whole new account which just lead to more tail chasing, misinformation, and unneeded headaches. Spent weeks trying to get account and web access. Sales people that are never available, never answer their phone, or ever return your call or come see you. Support staff that act put out that you need help and send you short, unhelpful and unprofessional emails, a random string of numbers that is supposed to be log in information, without specifying if it is a username or password, and when I reply to ask, only reply with one word, username. Then I reply again to ask for the password, just to be told again that it is the username and if I dont remember my password that I have never received or set up, that I should reset it and of course, when you do attempt to use the password reset feature, you never receive a reset password email, no matter how many times you do it and you have to wait until you can compose yourself and call them back and start all over again, and again, and again... wow! Rarely do I want to type out expletives as badly as I do right now.
