The owner (Dian) is incredibly knowledgeable. I really liked that he educated along with building the PC for us. There were multiple times that he communicated a time and did not get in touch to say he would be late, which was a bit frustrating. But he has helped answer follow up questions we had. So I think he deserves high ratings given he is clearly very knowledgeable and willing to interact and educate on what he is doing. The other places we talked to were brash and just wanted us to drop off.

I traded my working computer with Zlatware for a computer without a CPU but better graphics card. Zlatware had a black plastic piece on the CPU socket on the motherboard. I didnt touch the computer for months because I had another gaming computer. Once I sold the gaming computer. I bought parts for computer I got from Zlatware, and found out that the CPU socket pins were bent.Zlatware (I dont remember the guys name), says that he inspects all computer parts before purchasing/selling. If that is true, then that means that he purposely traded me a computer with a broken motherboard. In addition, when I traded my working computer, he did not inspect the computer I gave him, so its all lies. He wouldnt replace the motherboard for free (would it have made a difference if we both found the motherboard with broken pins on the spot? You would have had to replace it anyways). He would only trade an intel i3 CPU + another motherboard for my intel i7 CPU and the broken motherboard. No thanks.Make sure you inspect all parts before trading or make sure that the computer is up and running before buying with Zlatware.Edit after owners response (April 13, 2020 2AM PST): I agree with you 100% that Ive shouldve inspected when I traded the computer with you before I took it home, but like you said yourself, you have a good business reputation and Ive seen the computers youve built on Facebook and Google and they look awesome. While I dont have 12 years of experience like you, I know my way around computers and do have experience building computers myself, so my apologies if I dont know all the technical terms. What bothered me was the fact that you said you inspect all the items and Im disagreeing with you about that because of my experience, thus the 1 star review. I just saw a text today from the buyer that I received on April 11th and they said the graphic cards fan isnt working. Its possible that the fans arent running because it doesnt have a load, but he mentioned he was actively rendering something (he does video editing). Im uploading a screenshot of the text because you think Im a 1 star bully. Dont let my 1 star review bother you. You have way more positive reviews than negatives.Edit (April 14, 2020 9:20AM): The guy that bought the computer from me just texted me saying that the GPU fans are now working. He had to mess with some settings in the fan curve app setup or something.

All I can say is WOW! Dian is an amazing guy to do buisness with. Not only did he assist me in putting together the hardware but he made me feel super comfortable working with him. Really informative and educated in his line of work. Honest man and great dude. Really a great experience and would highly recommend this guy.

Honestly best customer service, teaching a few things and explaining the process, Not just anyone would do that. It takes a lot of passion to share what you love, and have the desire for other people to love and appreciate what you do. Awesome prices. Bought a 2070 super from him and went smoothly.

I just recently purchased a build from Zlatware and it was a very good choice compared to building it myself. Dian (owner) was very friendly and worked quickly throughout the entire process. His prices are very hard to compete with, as he has a large inventory of computer parts that change daily. Within a couple of days of contacting him, I was able to get the PC I was looking for (and some) for much cheaper than buying the parts myself.

We made an agreement to make a trade involving my laptop and him making me a PC with the specified agreed component of equal value, while he did make me a PC that worked he substitute half of the parts with cheaper parts that we didnt agree with. I only noticed this while I was taking out the parts out of my PC for cleaning & noticed that they seemed a little off so I started doing more research & confirmed that the radiators were from some no name generic brand & they were suppose to be from Corsair, as well with the fans we agreed with LL120 but instead he placed some cheaper Corsair RGB fans, he did the same for the Power Supply & waterblock. This also the case involving a keyboard that was part of the deal, he said that he didnt have one at the moment but would get one soon & I will be able to get it soon so for now he lent me a cheaper one to use for the moment it has been half a year & I have tried contacting him and he hasnt responded back. I would recommend checking everything over twice before taking a PC from him.

After meeting this computer guru, I was definitely sure he was the one to go to for any type of computer builds that I had in mind.I got a workstation done and it is out of this world. A++

Great owner who really knows his stuff. Got in contact to buy a RTX 2080 FE from him he had for sale. He took the time out to talk with me for awhile on 2 separate days. He explained a lot to me and helped me make the best buying decision even though it wasnt with him. He took the time to help me even when he knew i was going to buy elsewhere. He explained my best bet and showed me online where to buy. A great guy, I highly recommend. He has the latest hardware, i mean top of the line CPUs, GPUs, watercooling hardware.
