Alex is super knowledgeable on the Apple world and has a knack of identifying the issue and fixing them.When my laptop stopped working suddenly he identified all relevant issues, quoted the price for fixing each of those and waited for my confirmation before proceeding. I opted only for data recovery and he did that successfully on a Mac where ssd is soldered onto the board!Renee was also super responsive and helpful.Another trivia: He has been fixing auto vehicles on his free time and helped me with a jumpstart issue of my car too and saved a nightmarish day :)

My laptop got water in it, and the company was able get me an appointment within an hour. Then for less than $400 total, they got my laptop refurbished in about 4 hours.It has been a week since then, and I am writing this review on my perfectly working laptop! Im super happy.

Great service, quick turnaround, succinct explanation of problem+solution +price by the technician. Went here on a whim to deal with what I suspected was liquid/moisture damage causing a few keys to fail on my MacBook Pro, since I drive by the place all the time. Got it back the next day working like a charm. They even cleaned the exterior of the laptop and I got no sense that they were passing judgment on either the dirt that had accrued over a half decade or the kitschy Windows 98 logo sticker Ive got on top of the Apple logo (because, yknow, Im not nearly as funny as I think I am). Highly recommend. Highest score on every grading scale: A+, 5/5, one woodworkers thumb up.

Some problems i hope we can work out, space bar often does not work, the files in my folders are scattered all over the place, all organization gone.I hope some of the problems can be worked out.Alex, i talked to you and Renee a number of times, it took you longer than you had expected and im sure i was a pest. It is very curious that you do not remember.

I recently took my MacBook Pro 17 since it had an issue every time I turned on. I took it to MacFixed so they could take a look to my Mac. Alex left me a voicemail explaining the issue and the options I could take with the Mac. He was very thoughtful about the options and pricing for each option. So I ultimately called him and told him I wanted the least expensive option since most of the information my Mac had wasn’t as important. My backups are on iCloud with the most important pictures and documents. Alex was super helpful, and ready to provide options to fix the issue my Mac had. He and his partner were also thoughtful about social distancing and setting up appointments as to avoid physical contact due to COVID-19. I strongly recommend Alex and the services he provides

Terrible services and very rude.Paper work indicated for estimate $ 35, he tried to work on it without my knowledge. He did not fixed the problem but still charge me $ 320.00 to pick it up. He said if I do not pay he will keep the computer.

Alex was informative and effective. After I accidentally broke the LCD screen in my boyfriends macbook pro, I needed a fast repair. Alex was a lifesaver! I wish I could give him more stars. After calling a bunch of different places he had the best price quoted for the board repair and he sounded the most knowledge of all the places I called. The work was done very quickly and very well. Really up front with pricing no hidden costs or surprises, in fact i think he needed to do more work for me than he charged. Great service, he fit me into a busy day and even did some extra work without charging me. MacBook. Pro 2013. He said he works on even older Macs too so the Classic is on its way to see if he can breathe life into it.

This is the kinda review you hope to never have to write...but youre damn glad its a 5 star experience when you do...After a little spillage on the ye ole 2010 MacBook Pro laptop, I reached out to Alex who promptly replied with a quote ($49...which is waived if you engage their services) and a link to make an immediate appt.Swung by his Willow Glen-ish house the next day...and some people may balk at this type set up but I actually prefer it as 1) youre not paying for a physical storefronts overhead expenses 2) its a more personal experience...which features a garage shop/office, and we all know the good things that have come out of house garages in these neck of the woods...cool toys!Alex was very thorough in his explanation of how hed diagnose & associated costs but also painting a worst case scenario so no surprises...and in this instance, I hate surprises!All in $275 flat fee which replaced by keyboard & refurbed my logic board...plus he even threw in a new hard drive, what a dude!!MacFixed turned it around in 24hrs and communication was pro-active & prompt.Cash is king here...but cards are accepted too with a slight fee.Their work comes with a 90 day warranty and peace of mind.
