Iv taken lots of my clothes to this cleaners Expensive clothes at that, first they did good work a few times after that they started to slack so i mentioned it to the owner i took them more clothes to try them out one last time things did get a little better but then i picked up my last bundle of clothes and more then half my clothes had a oil stains front and back i mean im taking it back to them and they need to fix it or buy me new Ralph Lauren polo shirts Ralph Lauren sweat suits Ralph Lauren sweaters i mean i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone #BigFacts.....

Beautiful alterations on my evening dresses! They needed quite a few alterations and we didnt have a lot of time to work with. However, Bin had them done in one day and my dresses came out perfectly with good price. ! This was the only cleaners that answered the phone when I called and gave an affordable estimate on tailoring an evening gown for me. I brought the dress in on Wednesday and it was ready by Thursday. The customer service was also great! This will be my permanent cleaners in San Jose.

Visiting from Arizona, found this dry cleaner close to my hotel. Dropped my winter coat and other stuff for dry cleaning. I requested rush service and I was impressed how fast my order was ready in less than 8 hours. Great people working there ! Excellent service. This place is highly recommended

The service was right to the point and done within 4 hours to 2 days, completely impressed me. Yes, I do drive down from San Mateo to have my alterations done here. I have never had a poor fitting for alteration from the owner. Honest man.

Brought 15 pairs of pants and jeans tapered and original hemmed and they never let me down. Smiley, friendly and honest. I will work with them again.

They ruined a really special garment of mine and tried to make it seem like I brought it in damaged condition in the first place (it actually wasnt, it was just very delicate). They then said they were going to involve a lawyer when I asked if they could consider refunding me for the damaged garment.Also never gave back original garment like they said they would.I had been coming here (and previous location) for years. Never again.

I needed a small stain out of my uniform shirt and he said he could do it. When he called to tell me my shirt was ready he never mentioned he couldnt get it out and i even waited next day. I was charged for next day for nothing. I will never use this cleaners again.

I brought in 2 sport coats for dry cleaning on Thursday of memorial day weekend,very last minute,for a baptism on Saturday. Bin said he could try and get it done by Friday.and he did.The blazers were quite dirty and when I picked them up they looked amazing,very good work.all this for 20 bucks.happy camper here.
