I usually get water from this store, the employees are nice. But, this is the first time for the dry clean dress, On 9/12/2020 This store was liable for having damaged and destroyed my high quality silk dragon evening gown. It was a hand made antique custom design, new (wore it once, at the wedding day) . The store agreed pay me the market value if they fail to find a replacement of the same material, quality hand made and design of this evening dress before 10/12/2020. They would then pay me the value for the compensation. The store asked me to give them a month, I agreed and keep the receipt number 81374 that has their written and pick up on 10/12/2020. But now the store said the owner Kim Chi takes full responsibility, but she’s never present at the store but only visits the store 5 -10 minutes everyday with no schedule. I’ve made phone calls and sent text messages but she never returns them. I’ve gone to the store many times but they just say that she‘s ignored this issue. It’s very stressful and nightmare! Very bad experience!

The people here are so nice! My husband and I come here mostly for our water. Good prices.

They have good music. Coin free. Cold drinks and Snacks. They sell detergent and have drop off laundry service.

Employees are great. Head lady talks down to employees. A lot of machine do not work. The machine to add money is down so can not add money and I had already put clothes in washing machine and laundry soap. I have been waiting 2 hrs for someone that works here to come.😠

Suit jacket alteration. They replaced the entire interior lining with a high quality material, came out perfectly. Great service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended. 👍🏾

I love Lucys its fast, fair priced and convenient. They even have water service, wash and fold dry cleaning and even snacks/drinks to kill the hunger. Best part free Wifi.

This place is large, spacious, clean, bright and provide free wireless. The staff are always nice and helpful. The machines are available day or night and even on a Sunday. The customers are polite too! I wish there were more laundromats like this one.

Went in for a suit alteration. The staff was helpful and courteous. Overall, I’m very happy with the results.

The place is great. What can i say, its not super crowded when Ive been there and thats awesome. The machines work, fairly priced, and If theres a problem, the staff Helps you without question.

It use to be open earlier it said in the door they open at 6:00 amI m here for almost a hour is weekday not a holiday or weekend and the place still closedAnd is a lot a homies 🚬 arround the doorsWhat a place is been come to beNice thing I found other laundry its mark in the door to open at 7 but some people saying they open at 6 most of the timeIs very closed to pain and Winchester in case if they dont open Lucys and you want to tried other place

The washing machines are forever broken here and they forget to put signs on them so u dont find out til your clothes and soap are inside. The staff is really rude about it when told and they dont say anything. No apologies, no can I replace ur soap...nothing. the woman checks the machine shrugs and walks away. On more than one occasion I might add. I really should just drive the 3 blocks to the next one down the street.

They have a decent number of large size washing machines for king-size blankets etc.

They supposed to open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Im here at 6:22 a.m. and it still closed🤔. Ever since the new ownership takes over, this place is going downhill😕 which is unfortunate because the previous owner was really good

Granted... it is a clean place, but it is overpriced. not just by a little bit either.75 cents will usually get you an hour of drying time, or close to it. this place gives you about 20 minutes.i will never go back. there are many more laundry places that are more reasonably priced.MY CLOTHES ARENT EVEN CLEAN!!!

Wow I don’t know what is going on with this laundromat, but man it’s going down hill! Machines broken nothing is cared for anymore

This place is okay, you can wash and dry your clothes, they offer some extra large washing machines. however, every other washing machine or dryer tends to be broken.

Generally speaking, the service is pretty poor and the owners tend to think theyre doing you a favor by providing you with machines that are mostly broken and show no signs of repairs in the works.

Dont have to use quarters. Machines and place are clean. Open 6am to 11pm. Last wash at 9.

Place is a dive. They are reasonably priced bring that the cost of everything in San Jose is unreasonable.
