Close to the airport and original guy that checked me in was quite nice and helpful. Then when I returned the car within an hour from my return time, he charged me an extra $60?!? Completely unnecessary. Times are always as close to as you can given you have no control over airplanes and traffic. Will not rent from them again. I think the previous posts are from family members as way over the top.

Akash was really helpful is when I said I wanted a car with Apple play. Showed me 5 different cars and providing me with a car that i was comfortable with.

Talk about customer service! Who gives you their cell phone number in case you need anything along the way.They found our perfect SUV for our trip from San Jose to Chicago and I can’t thank them enough.Don’t mess with the airport or online car rental services. LOVE MY EXPERIENCE! The manager was really nice and helpful. I had a extremely bad experience with another car rental company that goes by the name FOX, and Akash was more than willing to go that extra mile to help me out. We hire from this place a lot. They have a lot of variety in cars and sometimes offer free upgrades too if they have fleets available. Akash is very courteous and always provide friendly advice for everything we asked for. Will always give priority to this rather than going to airport and pay additional airport taxes 😊.

This spot is located on the back of an hotel, leveraging their parking space. I’m in a sporadic need of a car. As in, it’s cheaper for me to rent one when I need it rather than buying one. But I’m also an Avis preferred member through my company.I’ve been getting cars a few times at this location, always helped by Arkash, always smiling and actually greeting me. Always available and friendly, I’m enjoying my experience with their representative. So far, the best location I’ve had the chance to deal with.Cars usually have low mileage, and get cleaned right before grabbing them. Gas always full (easier for trips and returns).It happened that I was slightly late (by a couple/dozen of minutes) and yet, no overcharge.10/10 would recommend. Make sure to check their hours, and there’s no return after hours. But honestly, the airport is right around the corner if needed.Also, great lost & found service!

The owner Akash has some of the greatest customer service Ive experienced. I originally booked an Intermediate vehicle and he offered me a free upgrade to a Prius. Hes a great guy and very friendly, he always ensures that I have a great experience. There is also a wide range of vehicles to choose from at this location. This is the only place I go to rent a car and is undoubtedly the place to rent a car in the entire South Bay.

Great location right by the airport. For people looking for a comparable car pricing than the airport, this is the location. Just a few minutes from the airport. Take a cab or a shuttle if you are a holiday inn customer. This location is in Holiday Inn, at the backside of the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff!

What can I say that hasnt already been said about Akash here at the Avis/budget holiday inn location. I spend hours upon hours looking up deals and specials for everything but when I needed a emergency rental I was vary weiry about walking into a location blind. Little did I know I was going to be helped by someone who actually Sees his guest as people and not money signs. I say guest because as you walk Into the building your treated like a comerade Akash has known for years. He answered all the questions I had and made me feel at ease with the rental I drove off with. Anytime I couldnt get through to Avis customer support Akash would take time out of his busy schedule to get me the info I needed. If you are in need of a rental whether it be long term or short term drive the short distance from the airport to his Avis/budget location behind the holiday inn on 1350 n first st and you wont be disappointed. Tell him Jesus sent you 👍
