If not all hair artists use booksy at your location to book customers or potential new customers then you guys should be a little more clear about that bit. If theres no solution for a customer still showing up for an appointment they made, then I wont be using your services in the future.

Cut the hair shorter than expected.Got a haircut from Isaac Soliz (on June 26).He turned the chair around so that I couldnt look into the mirror while he was cutting my hair. Because he doesnt want to take any feedback from the customer on how to cut hair while he is cutting the hair.I told him that I need to look into the mirror while he was cutting the hair but he didnt listen. And he ended up cutting the hair (from the front) shorter than expected.

This is one of the best barbershops in our area. It’s not too expensive and customer service is amazing. I really loved it! I will give a 5-star rating and would definitely recommend it. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

Gave me exactly what I asked for, the vibe was ol school and the music amped up that ol school ambience they had going. Its nostalgic takin you back to when you would go to the barber wit your dad. They do straight edge here as well. I gotta shout to the barber that edged me up stefan friendly guy hes been cuttin for a long time. Its hard findin a place that when theyre done an youre home you dont have to fix anything 🙏

Classic barbershop downtown; no frills but Mike cleaned me up proper. cut was $35 as is standard around here but it definitely felt worth it.

I saw Jordan for a haircut and Im super happy with the results. He was very professional and listened to exactly what I wanted .I showed him a few pics and he delivered. The shop is super cool and has a nice vibe to it .the owner Frank is super friendly and has a great team . I would highly suggest this place and especially Jordan hes awsome!:)

Came here to get a haircut and shave. The stylist was very nice and professional. He listened to what I wanted and delivered. It was a bit pricey though, would have liked it to be 10$ or 15$ cheaper. They validate parking if you park in the garage right next door so thats nice.

Came across this barbershop during my stay in San Jose and they took me in easily as a walk-in. Very laid back staff and Frank knows his stuff explaining what all he’s doing to my hair and how he’ll be shaping it. Got this guy coming back from Hawaii to come get his hair cut here again!

Ive been looking for a new barber to stick with and found this barbershop. I was welcomed in and got a chair right away. A barber named Isaac was great to talk to and he did a great job with my hair. I am completely satisfied with the job he did and will be coming back to him from now on.

The shop was pleasant and the employees there were nice enough, but Oh God I have never received a haircut that had me on the verge of tears. If you are black, this is not the barbershop for you. The gentleman who cut my hair did a subpar job giving me a fade and then he asked me “Does that look good” and began taking the barber’s gown off of me. I stopped him and asked him if he was going to line me up, but he didn’t know what a line up was and he kept pushing my hairline up. After he had pushed up my hairline a quarter of an inch and I couldn’t take his inability to do such a simple task as a line up I kindly told him to stop and paid him (their price range was $35-$40) even though I shouldn’t have. I went straight to Barbers Inc and had them fix the damage. I don’t understand why some people have such difficulty with cutting black hair, it’s quite easily the easiest hair to cut. Moral of the story if you’re a black male, please find another barbershop. Honestly for the same price as this shop you could go to barber’s inc and get a proper haircut.

Went for a few years on and off. Prices increased over the time by like $10 but still worth it. I went to Christian and the dude is amazing. The shop is nice and all the guys inside are very nice and funny.

Had an appointment with Mike. Great haircut and experience, will be coming back!

It took me a while to feel comfortable going to this barber shop. At first the staff came off as a bit uppity and elitist, but after my third time there, they werent so bad. They are on the pricier side ($30-35, vs. the $18 Im used to at my regular shop), but I have never received anything less than an exceptional haircut here.

Best place in SJ to get your haircut. Price is entirely reasonable. Good atmosphere.

F**king Overpriced .charged $30 for mens cut. Accept only CASH, no cards, which basically non taxable and goes into their pocket. They have ATM inside wher you can withdraw with extra fees of $3 . Below average ambiance, will never go again. Would rather suggest to go where you can get your hair cut for $10. Again nothing special and OVERPRICED.

Located inside what appears to be a small business incubator building is this small barbershop. I was a walk in and was lucky enough to find an open chair. Got a great cut with some classy touches (straight razor clean up on the back of my neck).

A bit expensive, 35$ for a normal haircut is to high I think.they did good though (not great)you should know that you should pay in cash. they have any, but its another 2$ charge.in addition, you pay tip.I paid 2$ also for parking but you font have to (if you get haircut). if I knew in advance I wouldnt.it ended up 44$ for me. too high

A bit pricey only one or two guys in there are worth that. But overall awesome barber shop everything about it just good from the service to the atmosphere
